Well-located home away from home

Mark's property was an excellent home away from home for a long weekend getaway for my partner and our friends. Spacious unit, gorgeous views from the roof and from the private balcony -- we spent more time on the roof than we did at the beach. Check-in and check-out was flawless. It's walking distance from everything. Highly recommend and will be returning if the opportunity arises again!

Spectacular

Our stay at Mark’s place was excellent. The views were amazing from the master and the balcony. The pool one floor above is also an incredible bonus and provides panoramic views of the bay. The location is perfect for enjoying zona romántica and playa de los muertos. The concierge service was excellent in accommodating our different arrival times. Would absolutely stay at the property again!

Great Location and Place

The place was very well furnished, clean and was a great location. The host was easy to reach and took care of a hot water issue we had very quickly. The only thing I wish we could do was lower the temp of the ACs in the rooms, this definitely made it harder to sleep. An extra fee would be worth it to have lower temps in the rooms. Overall though, a very nice place and we had a great time! We will stay again.

Beautiful place!

I traveled with a group of friends to Puerto Vallarta for my birthday and stayed at Mark's place. The pictures don't do the place justice. The condo is great and centrally located close to the beach, stores, restaurants and bars. You will definitely want to sip your coffee and have breakfast on the balcony enjoying the astonishing view. Don't miss the pool area! Thanks Mark for letting us stay at your place.

D’Terrace is an exceptional three-bedroom condo that offers breathtaking views and a prime location. We couldn’t have been happier with its proximity to the beach—just minutes away—and its ideal setting in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants and charming shops, the location truly captures the vibrant essence of Puerto Vallarta. The condo itself was beautifully maintained, and the pool area quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. The entire experience was enhanced by the incredible hospitality we received. From the attentive condo owner to the friendly security staff and helpful concierge, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Mark is a great host

The condo is as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. 3 bedrooms, (Two good sized bedrooms and one small bedroom, all are comfortable). Nice living room, wonderful decks and quiet building. You'll have a water view from the deck and the primary bedroom. We spent most of our time out and about so didn't cook but the kitchen is modern and would have been easy to use. The location is on the South end of Zona Romantica with a very slight hill to traverse but nothing difficult like Blue Chairs or Casa Cupula across the highway. If you've ever walked down the hill to Blue Chairs or Mantamar you might have walked by this place, which is just across from Tropicana Hotel. You're 2 blocks South of Coco's Kitchen and Blondie's. The roof deck was great, never got too crowded during our stay and is open until 10pm. Like many short term rentals nearby, if you're looking to host unregistered guests, this is not the place for you, only registered guests are allowed. There's no open bar or food service on the rooftop like at Pinnacle, but there are a couple of bodegas very close by and of course, tons of restaurants within a 5 minute walk, as is the beach, which we didn't even go to because the roof deck is better. The owner of this unit is friendly and responsive and the check in process is super easy as the PM will meet you there to get you checked in and they'll be there again when you check out. Comes with a parking space if you need it.

My two friends and I stayed in this three bedroom condo last week. I’ve been visiting Puerto Vallarta for the past 15 years, and this has been the most comfortable, convenient stay so far. I will be coming back to stay here in the future. Amazing rooftop infinity pool and hot tub, gorgeous views from the private terrace, and a clean, modern condo. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The complex is just two blocks from the beach, and close to all of the restaurants. Additionally, the staff working at the complex were extremely nice. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Great Place Near Beach

This condo is super super nice! Great view of Zona Romantica and north city as well as bay views. From rooftop infinity pool the view is uninhibited to the bay and water front. Pool is lovely and spent a lot of time there. If you want a really well kept as advertised place, this is it! Well priced for location! Restaurants, beach, shopping - it's got it all!

Lovely property in a great neighborhood

This is our second time staying at this delightful property. It's in a great location, the rooftop pool area is lovely, especially if you're in the mood to be lazy and have a pool day! The apartment is beautifully finished and decorated, and has lots of thoughtful touches, like wireless phone charging alarm clocks and a Bose speaker system. I will definitely look to see if this property is available on my next visit to PV.

Nice place for area but not for large groups

Property is nice, the condo is nice, but you are only allowed the 6 max people you book in your condo. You are not allowed to have visitors or friends come over for the day to relax in the pool with you. That’s the only downside. Other than that the condo had a few maintenance issues that are minor and should be fixed. Stove burners exploding up because rings are not sealed and master shower doesn’t get fully hot water.

Vacation with some hiccups

Everything about renting this property was a breeze. Mark was incredibly responsive and understanding with some hiccups that arose pre-arrival and during our stay. The location is top notch and the amenities in the condo are fantastic. Not many owners stock their condo like Mark does. As for comfort- the two large bedrooms are amazing. The third doesn't offer privacy because the frosted glass door let's in light and noise and is basically off the kitchen however the queen-sized mattress is very comfortable. This is a 5 star rental and you can trust that the listing is accurate. We loved it! The decor is incredible as well.

Beautiful complex, great location, wonderful views

This was perfect for us…the kitchen was very well equipped, beds comfortable, easy access (one floor) to the pool and gym. The third room is small and without bathroom, only an issue when our young adult girls had to flip a coin! The ONLY problem, and it has nothing to do with the owner, is that the weight room is right above the condo, and the master bedroom. While there are TWO signs in the room asking people to not drop the weights, there are those who just don’t care. It’s very loud when they do and can start as early as 7am. Boo to those people (and we did have to go up twice). Otherwise fantastic!!!

Just what we need

After a really difficult year we were ready for a new experience . Mark the owner of PH 804 make this happen with the help of his professional team. PH was exactly what he promised us will be in the pictures and description of the PH. Location with in the city is great, walking distance to the beach and the multiple restaurants and services. A we’ll stock small grocery store with in less than 200 feet. We felt very secure and the service personal were always ready to help. Jesus the security guard at the gate always eager to help with city attraction , restaurants review even calling a taxi. We are ready to comeback again. Last review is the pool. Felt like we were alone. 2 Big , cold and warm jacuzzis and the infinity pool make this trip very relaxing after a day in town. Book for the next trip already. Thanks Mark

Perfect property in a perfect location

We had six guys sharing this property, and we all loved the place. The condo itself is immaculate, very well laid out, no bedroom shares a wall. The unit was large enough to accommodate all of us without feeling like we were stepping on each other's toes. My only concern with this particular condo property is their rather strict guest policy. Apparently per condo policy, you can only ever have six guests/visitors. Since we arrived with six, we were never permitted to bring up any of our friends, whether to just chat in the unit, or to watch the sunset on the pool deck. If you don't travel with six, this shouldn't be a problem. But a more lax, +1 or +2 visitors per condo rental should still keep things chill and not bother the permanent residents. I would definitely stay at this property again, though if we go with another group of 6+, we'll need a more accommodating location.

Great Location and Pool

The property is big and spacious with everything you could need. It’s a great space, but we spent more time at the pool, which is beautiful. The best part is the property was on the penthouse level, so it was just steps to and from the pool. The location is great too, so close to everything. The beach is super close and you are just steps from the market and great restaurants. There was an issue with cleaning, but it was rectified quickly and even on New Year’s Day. The owner’s communication was great. Another issue that did affect our stay was the building’s gym is directly above the main bedroom. We were woken up every morning before 8am because of the banging of weights. Normally this would not be an issue but we were on vacation and wanted to sleep in. We understand this is something the property owner cannot control but it is something to be aware. The last small item is the wifi is very intermittent. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend.

Perfect stay in a Perfect Location

Mark’s condo is perfectly situated off Amapas on a quiet street. The condo’s kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with quality linens. All communication with Mark was prompt and clear, as well as that of the property managers. We had a great stay!

Spacious affordable luxury in Zona Romantica

Mark’s home is every bit beautiful as the pics. Well appointed, clean, great location to the beach (1/2 block, no big hills to climb), and stunning views of the city & bay right from the balcony and gorgeous sunsets to view from the beautiful rooftop pool & jacuzzis.
