Clean room. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Nice sized bedroom. AC Great! Samantha and Asunción were very nice and helpful. There is no welcoming water in the room but there's a filter where you could refill your bottle. Breakfast is delicioso but it's limited to two options. Parking space was very safe. The location is PRIME. It's away from the sounds of the party area in downtown, yet at a walkable distance day and night. The town is safe. Sayulita is awesome

Worst and expensive

False advertisement. We booked 2 queen bed room but they said they don't have queen beds. We've waited for 1 hour at the reception to get the booked room. The reception cant speak English. We've given a room but the window lock was broken, so its half open. No water coming out from the faucet nor from the shower. We were told to come back at 5pm so we can speak to someone who can speak english. We're given a new room,.slightly better, but still - a run down, dusty room. Some lizzard poo on the wall. Wifi speed - very slow or not working at all. No phone in the room, we're given 1 toilet paper for 2 days. We didnt get toiletries the next day. On Day 2, theres no one at the reception to speak with when we cameback to the hotel from tours at around 5pm (and onwards). I went back several times and up to 9pm, no one at the reception. Not easy to take shower, no water pressure. You have to wait for few minutes after using the toilet, if you want to use it again. Im a well travelled person and I always used hotel. This is the worst hotel I have been so far considering the the amount I paid. Don't rely on photos when booking.

The room was okay and the people were nice. But we left after one night. The amenties that were promised were non existent. First of all, there is no cell reception and no wifi either. Its not close to the beach. There is no fridge and no blow dryer. Breakfast and coffee were not included. The bed is also hard as a rock. Might as well be sleeping on the floor. I wish this place the best, as I want places to succeed, but they should start with being truthful about the amenties.

The host was very nice. Location is up on the hill a ways up so be prepared to walk a bit to get to downtown. It’s sorta located in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are clean and basic. Not bad place. For breakfest lots of flys are outside

Location was great. Minutes away from downtown. Receptionist was pleasing and very communicative. The parking on site is tricky. It’s at an angle and the grounding consists of pebbles. And no elevators. Other than that, it was a good stay.
