Great Time and Location.

The place was great and in a perfect location. The apartment was clean, well designed and comfortable. The location is close to a lot of great restaurants, bars and shops. I would highly recommend staying here.

I went on a solo trip and this was the perfect spot. Walkable to all the best bars, restaurants and beaches. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Great Studio Apartment

Would recommend this place to others and would stay again. Its in the heart of Zona Romantica and so close to everything. Its a loud neighborhood in the evenings, but this unit faces away from that and could not hear the nightlife as much as I thought I may be able to. Unit was great and clean. Fully stocked with utensils and towels (bathroom and beach) and a beach bag!

Fantastic stay at The Pavilion

I give this place 41/2 star.Compared to tge dark basement we had for tge first 3 days this place is so bright and has a wonderful balcony .Check in was a breeze due to Elisa the condo was so clean .The host i was in contact with to book was so easy to deal with .will definitely book again.was an issue with hot water but the staff did everything they could to fix it temporarily for us.Location is great.Sapphire beach club is our favorite...

Great condo!

Loved my stayed here. Condo was 2 blocks from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and hot tub.

Place is lovely. Clean, organized. Great stuff around you, beach is so close. The staff were responsive when there was no hot water due to the shower tap being opposite- the blue being hot and red being cold. All good when the maintenance guy sorted it out. Pool is amazing! There was one major issue that is not mentioned when you book. Nightclub bass was felt in the room until 5am. The area is party area, so this is, I guess part of the deal? Maybe it’s because the place was on the 2nd floor? No idea. For some this is a deal breaker?

Great location in middle of it all

Great location, rooftop pool and jacuzzis, and views from roof. Cute and modern efficiency room with balcony for coffee or a cocktail. Friendly staff and property management. Slept fine with earplugs despite late noise from clubs behind the property. Con: No visitors after 10pm and not told about this rule until a few days before checkin, so too late to change reservation.

Close to the action

This condo is right in the heart of it all, close to everything need. The drawback is it is not a peaceful relaxing place, to unwind and chill. You get noise from the clubs until 3 am, but earplugs are provided. The unit is directly above a very busy corner and bus stop so you have major traffic noise from 7:00 to midnight. This renders the balcony almost useless. The pools on the roof are lovely, but too hot. To cool off you need to use the shower. It was beautiful, clean, great service, great location, but I would choose something different next time.

I picked this property because it had a beautiful lap pool, well equipped gym, and a yoga mat inside the condo. I always have a hard time finding a place to exercise in PV. No other building had an outdoor swimming pool where I can do laps. It was definitely noisy outside, but I knew what to expect. Once I closed the door it wasn't too bad and I slept very well in that comfortable bed. The unit was impeccable, modern, and well equipped.

Beautiful and exceptional service

The room and property were clean and perfect. The area is a bit noisy (i.e. very busy but where all the fun is), but I personally had no issue with it. Denise T. was an amazing concierge and helped me with transportation, COVID-testing and activities. She made the stay better than some 5-star resorts I've been to!

A great location in the heart of the Zona Romantica in Puerto Vallarta! Two blocks from Malecon and some of the best restaurants. Condo was ultra clean and modern with a kitchen with all the basics. We loved the roof top pools and the lovely views from the top. Although it's a very busy street, once the door is closed, the condo was quiet and allowed a restful sleep. Lobby staff and management are incredibly kind and helpful. When we come back we would stay here again! You should too.
