This is a budget friendly place. Very good for the price and very good location. The view is incredible too. Stuff from hotel and restaurant super friendly and help-full. The cleaning lady (Araceli) did a super job keeping our room clean; Don’t for get to tip the stuff.

I really like the location of this hotel. The beach is right outside, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The location is definitely one of the best things about staying here. However, I was disappointed with the hotel’s guest policy. This is not an LGBT-focused or adults-only hotel, yet if an adult guest wants to come over for just an hour or two, the hotel charges an additional $50 USD. I think this fee is excessive and makes the hotel feel less welcoming and inclusive, especially when the guest is only visiting briefly and not staying overnight. Overall, I love the location and convenience, but the visitor policy is something the hotel should reconsider.

Hotel was beachfront with a great balcony and view of the pier and beach and amazing sunsets. Walk out the door and walk anywhere in romantic zone. Don’t need a car here

One problem we had was that we booked the upper-end rooms in the hotel, called Pier 69 in the booking, but the hotel has a different name!
