"I had a great stay at Hotel Encino. I actually stayed here about four years ago and was happy to return. The only thing I was disappointed to see was that the café downstairs is no longer there, as I remembered enjoying it during my previous visit.
The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. Everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area, grab food, and enjoy Puerto Vallarta without constantly needing transportation. I felt safe walking around, even in the evenings.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the hotel felt comfortable and convenient. We specifically booked Hotel Encino because of its location, and it did not disappoint.
Overall, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location with friendly staff, I would definitely recommend Hotel Encino and would stay here again."
