“Very chill resort. Loved hanging at the main pool which was very clean and comfortably warm. Beautiful grounds and views. Staff was very friendly. Liked that it was within easy walking distance of all PV’s romantic zone offers but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. Would come back in a heartbeat.”

“Los Tules is an awesome place, clean, attentive personnel, food at the restaurant is great and priced right. 7 pools the only issue I had is the the Internet doesn't work outside your room. I would suggest to provide Internet through out the complex. You have to have your own plan. Inconvenient for some people coming from the US or outside Mexico. ”

“Its not called Ocean Breeze, it’s Mayan Palace- after that confusion and them trying to pitch is on buying into the owners program before we even checked into our room…. It was a pretty nice place. Friendly helpful staff, good food and a beautiful lobby. Probably wont go again, but it was nice.”

“We have stayed at this property before and really enjoy it because its not too large yet has restaurants and great service. This time we wanted to avoid the all inclusive rate as we intended to take most of our meals off site and so booked this trip through VRBO. Outside of a small departure date mix up which the host handled with us very well, the trip couldn't have been better.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the condo—it was in a great location and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It would have been nice to have electric outlets in the kitchen for small appliances, but otherwise, it had everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in/check-out was easy. Overall, a great spot for a getaway.”

“Loved the property and location. Could walk to lots of restaurants and walk to Costco was only 30 minutes. Walmart is close by as well for shopping. The 5 pools were great and all face the ocean. Easy to get chairs at the pool and there was drink & food service at the pools as well. The only downside if I was to complain about one thing is the annoying super loud music which starts around 5:00 pm and ends around 9:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. But, the owner does say that in his……

“Organized, clean, comfortable, new refrigerator/freezer, new washer/dryer, new TV…. Lots of windows provide good views of the bay and pool area. The grounds are in excellent condition. The pool is large, and beach chairs are comfortable. Pool restaurant pricing is reasonable and the food good. Convenient location. ”

“There are rooms in the "5 star hotel" and privately owned condos. This condo is the latter and is older. The resort surroundings are beautiful so renters just need to know that they are not booking a 5 star room and adjust their expectations. Having said this, the condo was fine for our stay in Puerto Vallarta! It was clean, and the plumbing and appliances worked well.”
