"The room was clean, but"

"The room as always was very clean and comfortable. But do not include the breakfast. The buffet is terrible. Closes at 10am, we got there at 9am and most was already gone. No juices , Bananas all browned, turkey sausages burnt. Not Worth it."

"Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!"

"The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and a drink one night in the restaurant and it was very good. Our room furniture could have used a little TLC but nothing that would stop us from staying again. Rooms were spacious and quiet."

"Not what I expected for breakfast "

"We arrived late and the staff was very nice and friendly. We found our room and parked in front of it. We are 2 women traveling. There was an unsettling moment with a car that rolled by very slowly and stared down my daughter. They ended up in the room next to us. My daughter was very nervous. The security guard that is mounted to the door jam was half falling off. I tried to turn the deadbolt several times but it didn't line up. Not a safe place for women to stay. If I had one good thing to say, it's that the beds are very comfortable. Very limited amenities in the rooms. Our TV did not work. Red Roof Inn is a no go for us from now on"
