“We stayed in Villa 11 and pad the extra fee to have our hot tub pre lit. In the direction they gave it say to wait two hours to let the tub get to temperature and to stir with the wooden paddle. We did not have a paddle when I messaged the host they questioned me if I had looked everywhere which I had or I wouldn’t have sent a message then there solution was to just use the skimmer net. Which did not work and the tub was not hot after 2 hours of waiting. The tub was over filled so when we got in……

“There were some issues regarding the code entry and heat. However, to his credit, the host took care of both problems immediately. We enjoyed our stay otherwise.”

“Host is a great communicator and very responsive. The space was perfect. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again!”

“Enjoyed the area restaurants and entertainment!”

“Great location. Walkable to town. Nice and spacious. Could have another bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. Description didn’t say it was on the second floor. Lugging suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was a bit challenging. But would definitely stay there again. Liked the decor. Very clean.”

“It was a lovely place that worked out well for my needs. I does need a few little touches on maintenance but nothing that interfered with my needs. I would recommend it because it's so close to everything fun in Fairport.”

“The perfect spot! We were in town visiting family and were so happy to have found this home. The hosts were kind and gracious not to mention communicative. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The yard was perfect for the fur babies as well! Can’t say enough about it. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!”
