「Amazing! Incredible service from everyone. Loved the beach bar - great people serving drinks and food there with amazing beach views - the tuna ceviche was the best ever. Baboo restaurant was very nice, had breakfast and dinner there. Very peaceful. My room was huge and the balcony superb to relax at. The embajadores/ras take care of everything from reservations to activities to transfers and they are delightful. All in all I had an amazing stay. Thank you.」

「Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". 「It was clean snd safe, i would love to rate tge hotel higher becsuse the owners and staff were wonderful and patient with me and my lack of spanish. I did not have water in the sink and they began jackhammering and doing construction. Renovation side effect. Just bad timing for me. 」
