A bit easy to get lost since the property is quite large (connected to other bahia principe resorts). Very clean and well maintained. Getting non alcoholic drinks was somewhat difficult. Many different restaurant options.

I thought my overall stay here was good. The staff were amazing, the beach and the pools were great, and the food was overall pretty good. The room that we stayed in, however, was below average. Upon entering, we noticed that there were little bugs all over the walls and no matter how many times we got them off, they came back everyday, which was very frustrating. Also, if you don’t speak Spanish, or you only speak very little Spanish, it’s hard to communicate with anyone.

El entretenimiento en este hotel es bien poco. Es tranquilo y ameno para relajarse. Pero si deseas diversión este no es el hotel. Los empleados bien pocos fueron amable. La mayoría se miraban cansados y muchas veces ni contestaban o si lo hacían eran sarcásticos. Sin embargo Puedo destacar a varios que hicieron la diferencia cómo Juan y Ariel del restaurante MEAT (hotel ámbar) y del olivio an Edwin. Del buffet a Dyelene (si mal no recuerdo) de todos está fue la más amable y atenta. También en recepción Wendy, este caballero me ayudó en dos ocasiones y fue amable. De los de más, poca amabilidad. De hecho en el restaurante Maiko de Tapanyaki la mesera fue bien irónica al preguntar las bebidas y nos trató con impaciencia e irritada. En fin, creo que sus empleados muchos están descontentos y cansandos.
