Stunning views Marina Ocean Front Condo Condo

Our 1st bedroom has a king, 2nd bedroom with 2 full beds . My condo has a capacity to sleep max 6 but, for comforts sake, the ideal number of people is 4.

The condo is fully equipped with everything you'll need to get yourself started upon arrival including: towels, sheets, soaps, shampoo, hairdryers, tissue & paper etc….

Also, our kitchen is always stocked with the basics to allow you to arrive care free of forgetting anything for cooking i.e. basic seasoning ingredients. It has tons of equipments, plate-ware and flatware….. everything a gourmand would require to cook and entertain as our dinning room can host 8 people comfortably.


Literally just steps away from our condo is the only supermarket inside of Casa de Campo and it features pretty much everything you will need during your stay including imported beef to the second floors wine and liquor section which offers a great selection of international wines.


Pharmacy, 5 banks/atm's, salons-spa, restaurants, bars, golf cart & scooter rental shop, bicycle rental shop, ice cream shop, shopping, movie theaters, fishing, yacht club & sailing club are all literally a few steps away from our condo.
Cook/Made service is available.
only Cleaning 30 USD, Breakfast preparation and Cleaning 40 USD, Breakfast and Lunch Preparation and cleaning 50 USD per day.
All other main attractions in Casa de Campo are only a few minutes away including: Minitas beach, Altos de Chavon, golf, tennis, dozens of pools, our equestrian center & polo fields, spas, gyms, shooting center & helipad.
Please be aware,
When you arrive at th main gate ,
Casa de Campo Resort charges a 25 USD per person per night resort fee ,children till 4-12 Years 12 USD.
After 1.february 2026 they charge 30USD for every person over 13 years and 15 USD for children 4-12 years of adge upon arrival.

My husband and I spent 3 weeks in this wonderfully clean, comfortable condo with the most amazing views. The condo was stocked very well and everything we needed or wanted was at our fingertips, gourmet restaurants, grocery market, spa services, small cafes and boutiques along with the assistance of sweet "Jasmine" who cooked, cleaned, shopped, etc. always with a smile. Everyone we met was so kind and welcoming and we always felt extremely safe.Our hostess Nicole could not have been nicer and more helpful, sending detailed instructions, directions and assistance we needed before and during our trip. We truly appreciated all her help that made our stay so terrific.We loved the exciting activities that were very accessible from our condo, such as fabulous golf, scuba diving, snorkeling, riding, skeet shooting and the absolutely beautiful new spa and gorgeous Minitas Beach. We have returned home to ice and snow but we leave with amazing memories and a desire to return A.S.A.P.! 10 /10 Excellent My husband and I spent the most relaxing , enjoyable 3 weeks

Beautiful Property, Could Have Been a Much Better Experience

The property is ideally located, great view, very safe but seems like it is not kept up at the luxury level it promises. We had non-functioning showers (one only had cold water, the other had only cold or scalding hot water) in both bathrooms and Nicole, instead of apologizing, suggested that "things don't work the same in the DR" and that we "might be more comfortable at a hotel". Meanwhile, she did send a repair team and one of the showers and one sink that also wasn't working properly (only had hot water) were repaired quickly and easily. Lots of little things are not working properly, which we would have overlooked but for Nicole's less than gracious responses. Also, just so you are prepared, cupboards are bare (not stocked with anything other than salt and pepper and a few spices) and there is not "Welcome Booklet" with info about how the light switches work (in a different way than we are accustomed to) or local emergency contact info, or any of the other things I see at other vacay rental properties, even those that are not lux. We will not rent there again.

Great view and location

Two flights up to apartment. Two stories inside with two nice size bedrooms and baths, and a balcony/view from each floor. Added bonus is a laundry room/maids quarter with half bath off main kitchen. Lots of restaurants and gorgeous clothing shops in marina. Playa Minitas and Altos de Chavon close by. If you rent a car, you don’t need a golf cart. ((Charging involves dropping an extension cord down from second bedroom slider and convincing security that you must take cart past the parking lot). Nicole has everything you need and is responsive. Only drawback is In warm months, AC vents onto master balcony so it’s too hot to enjoy lounge chairs, but it’s a great temp downstairs on first floor dining balcony).

Perfect condo for weekend getaway!

We absolutely loved this condo. It was not extravagant but it was everything we needed for an amazing long weekend. We loved the balcony overlooking marina and kitchen was well stocked. Location was wonderful- steps from market, shops, marina and many restaurants. Nicole was the perfect host- she replied to any questions quickly and set our golf cart rental as well as airport transportation. I would tell anyone to stay here!

Nice 4 night Stay

Nicole's marina property was ideally situated and well appointed with excellent furnishings and support items such as toiletries. Loved reclining on the top balcony loungers. Would absolutely return for a visit there. One unexpected treat was the satellite television system. Was able to get all the US sporting events and several channels in english. Many languages and countries represented. A few items for awareness...most likely, due to the heavy concrete building construction, there is one wifi network for the downstairs living area and another one for the upstairs bedroom level....also, if you care to cook, the stove/oven works well but could use some additional love; finally, a few of the checkin instructions need to be updated (nothing at all serious, easily sorted out). Overall super experience.; my first choice on a return visit.

Great place in a great location!

We spent 5 days at this condo in La Marina and greatly enjoyed our stay. Nicole is a wonderful property manager! Very proactive in communication and was greatly helpful in arranging a golf cart rental, restaurant reservations, and also set us up with a woman who came in to make breakfast and clean in the mornings. The location is fantastic -- right above all of the La Marina restaurants with great views and very close to the supermarket. The unit is well equipped with all amenities and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

Great location in the marina. You can have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy looking at the yachts and harbor side. Very close to many great dining options. La casita is right on the water and offers fabulous dishes. Argentina did a great job serving breakfast , doing laundry, and keeping the villa super clean.

Very Nice Vacation Property

I would highly recommend this property. It was in a convenient location that was in walking distance to several restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. It was also well kept and clean. The property manager was readily accessible and very helpful during our stay.

The best location to enjoy everything The Marina and Casa de Campo has to offer. Nicole is super friendly and has everything in place to assure a great stay for the guests. The house was extremely clean and comfortable with different areas to enjoy the peace and share with family, prepare meals, etc. The supermarket and restaurants are just a few steps away. Access to playa Minitas and Altos de Chavon is included. We'll definitely stay here again, thanks!

Clean, comfortable, newly remodeled unit with everything you need. Very spacious in every room. Located right next to marina and several good restaurants, giving it a lively vibe with good energy. The beach club and more restaurants are just minutes away via golf cart. Nicole was exceptionally friendly and helpful with linking us to services, and very quick to answer questions. Everyone at Casa de Campo was friendly and eager to help. We very much enjoyed our visit and would stay in same place again.

Paradise Found

This was our first time to Casa de Campo and we fell in love. Nicole’s place is beautiful and so convenient to everything. We had a wonderful woman Jasmine cook for us both breakfast and dinner (we provided food). Jasmine kept everything neat and always had a smile. We rented a car so it was a short drive to the beach 5 mins. We had the choice of 5 restaurants right by us and delicious. Walking around we felt safe and secure at all times and everyone was so friendly. Nicole was a wonderful host who was always available. My only difficulty was not speaking the language, thank goodness for google translate :) Already planning our trip next year!!! Thank you.

I was dubious but hopeful, and hopeful surprise won out

I always wanted to stay at the Marina, but thought is it too noisy, how real are the photos. Well, it was quiet, peaceful, a well maintained condo, Nicole is great and Jasmine, the maid, is sweet, kind and a jewel. There are stairs to the bedroom and roof patio, but at 68 with two hip surgeries (still golfing) they were manageable when using care.

My family had a nice relaxing stay. Nicole was great host. She was friendly and accessible to accommodate our needs. She arranged for a woman named Argentina to clean and cook. I highly recommend hiring her. She would come promptly in the morning,. Make coffee and breakfast. Clean the apartment. Do the laundry. Prepare dinner which was ready when we returned from the beach. The supermarket was nearby so she would shop for us as well. The village has a wide variety of shops and restaurants within easy walking. There is even a great cinema with stadium seating which showed first run movies. We loved sitting on the veranda watching the sun set. Do not hesitate to book this apartment.
