“Room is very clean all the time. View is spectacular. Good food at the restaurant. Staffs are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. The area is a bit far from zona romantica, took uber everyday which cost us a bit more money. But it’s all worth it because of the view overlooking the ocean. Very quiet and relaxing.”

“ My stay at Hyatt Ziva was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff/front desk was incredibly friendly,helpful and welcoming. My room was beautifully decorated and spacious and had a comfortable bed/great ocean view. “The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. “The owners were very accommodating. Luci lent to me a backpack, bu repellent, sun screen, and even books to read. The bed was comfortable. The room was huge. A large water dispenser was provided with water. The view from the room and long balcony was fabulous. The friendly macaw made my stay very special and memorable in a good way. The cuisine from the adjacent restaurant, Mama Cuquita, was some of the best I have had anywhere in Mexico. I ate there 5 times! I have already shared photos and……
