"It was a very comfortable unit. Regina, the property manager, was very accommodating and helpful. The lanai was amazing with beautiful views of the beach and pool area. Amazing sunsets!! The beach lounge chairs and umbrellas/palapas were great to have use of. And the pool was wonderful. The grounds are very well maintained. I would definitely rent this unit again. "

"Beautiful resort on an even better beach! Loved being able to walk steps to the beach and feel comfortable swimming in the nice clean and cool ocean. Take a little walk on the beach, head to the left and the very last massage spot (by the arch walkway) is a must! Puerto Vallarta is a lovely place with wonderful people. Nothing to fear at all!! "

"Check in was extremely slow. I asked for 2 rooms together they did not accommodate despite me asking for this way ahead of time. Although I know it's not guaranteed it was still annoying. The family room was spacious. The service is average. Workers seem to be bothered by having to work. Food is not good at all. There is no restaurant that is always open. The restaurant times are very confusing because they all have different hours. Despite room service being 24 hours and the hotel being all inclusive it doesn't mean you can get room service whenever you want. ROOM SERVICE IS ONLY INCLUDED ONCE PER DAY. I find this to be dumb and they should make it clear when booking. If you need water and don't like drinking from the refillable water fountain make sure to bring your own bottled water. They do not provide any bottled water. The mini fridge is only refilled once daily and again you can not order extra drinks through room service. The only positive thing is that they do have multiple activities a day. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here. I have stayed at hotels with better food and better service. "

"I want to start with, PV is safe! Whatever happened was a one day thing and we did not see anything more or feel scared or worried once. The people are absolutely lovely and everything is safe. Especially in this magical spot! This condo is in the perfect place. The beaches are amazing and the views are spectacular, just like a postcard! We saw whales jumping on many occasions too! The balcony is amazing to see the sunset, sunrise, and to eat or enjoy a coffee. We were a bit surprised by the condo not having 2 bedrooms. It is more like one bedroom and then sleeping area in the main room. This suited us fine since we travelled with kids but if it was 2 couples then you might want more privacy. That being said, we loved the beds (King & Double) and there were plenty of sheets and blankets and towels to use. There is laundry in the building too! Everything you need is there to enjoy! All the necessities in the kitchen, including condiments, etc. Great WiFi for all devices. You can also get WiFi at the pool and around. Kimberley was a great host and easy to reach with any problems and she even let us know about when the live music nights were and how to get to town on the bus that stops right in front, for 10 pesos!!! She let us know about a power outage that was scheduled one day and a few other special events! The staff all around are lovely. The restaurant is great! They even have a shop on site for essentials. We will definitely return! Greatest vacation!!! "

Absolutely breathtaking—whether it was morning coffee or sunset drinks, we were constantly in awe.Accommodations: 10The villa had everything we needed and more. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials to prepare meals and grill. It really felt like a home away from home.Location: 10Perfectly situated with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Everything was just a short drive or quick Uber ride away—and Ubers come right to the door, making it super convenient to get around.Pool & Patio: 10This was hands down our favorite part. The pool and patio area are incredible—you honestly won’t want to leave. We spent most of our time out there relaxing, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the view.Service: 10The property owner Ken was incredibly attentive and easy to reach, always responsive to any questions or needs we had. The housekeeping and pool staff were also wonderful—friendly, professional, and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway in PV! We’ve already booked our stay for 2027!"
