「We had a wonderful stay at Sierra Leon and highly recommend. We were given our choice of rooms and opted for a 3rd floor room with a patio overlooking the ocean on one side and patio overlooking the jungle across the road on the opposite side. 「The stay at Casa Corazon was wonderful. The property was everything that we needed. The location is great for getting around Yelapa and seeing the sights and the different restaurants. Tisana was great to work with and was very helpful when needed. We would stay at Casa Corazon again.」

I love that there is a family area, although we didn't use it. Food was very good. 」

「La Jolla is a small condo complex sitting up above beach level. There are stairs that lead to the small, quaint beach where you can have food, massages, rent kayaks/paddle boards, or hire out a boat excursion. We love it here. The one restaurant on property is excellent but isn't open year round. You might have to navigate a couple flights of stairs depending on condo but they were working on extending the elevator when we were there last.」

「My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks in January/February. The condo was exactly as we expected from pictures and description. Being on the bottom level, the pool is very convenient and it is quiet and secluded. We walked down to the village or the beach nearly every day, and back up the steep winding road to the condo. As others have mentioned, it is challenging, but we are in our 70’s and managed it with just a couple of stops to cool off and catch our breath. And there are always taxis...

「The unit was what we expected and signed up for. Host instructions were very thorough and it was easy to get into. Its located up a hill so if you dont want to carry bags you employ a wheel barrow or ATV taxi. Everything is close with wonderful restaurants and helpful friendly locals. It wouldn't be a kitchen I prefer to cook in as there are no condiments etc to use and the pots and pans are scratched up. The unit is decorated as the photos show but it is darker than it appears in the photos.」

「My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Xinalani. The rooms and public spaces were beautiful. The food was outstanding. The service was kind and attentive. I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for years but this was the best trip. Being on a secluded private beach and watching all the wildlife was fantastic. The daily yoga class is not to be missed. Nearby is a fun walk to a waterfall, a small town to wander, and a longer hike to other beaches. 」

「CBB is conveniently located by the main pier. It’s away from the main town which makes it very quiet. The views are the best! The staff was incredibly helpful as well. There is about a .5 mile walk across the beach to town which can be a lot so be mindful. All in all, we’d stay here again if we were to revisit.」
