And I wasn't even sure that I was at the right property upon pulling into the parking lot so I drove around the back and it looked like Armageddon… So unkempt… Debris everywhere apparently they are redoing the rooms but to leave the back of the building looking like that is unacceptable. “Overall very disappointing experience. I stayed in 4021 building 2. The chair cushions were disgusting, the fireplace looked like it had never been wiped down and had stains. The pullout bed had a stain on the sheet, and the blanket that you use for the pullout sofa had hair on it. The microwave was broken and we had to request a new one. We were falsely accused of being the reason of a noise complaint and when it was determined that it wasn't our room, no apology was given. We were also given 5……

“My main complaint is one staff woman there in particular. I didn't get her name but she's an older African American woman with terrible manorism, was very rude and disrespectful, got tempered and unprofessional. I've never experienced first hand such rudeness in your face before. I think she's ready for retirement because she seems angry and bothered.”

“We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. “Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night.
