Very polite and helpful staff, concierge staff were the best!!! The breakfast Buffett was top notch and there was so much variety for everyone.

Room was spacious and modern with good amenities. The balcony was a plus. Overall a great stay. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is surrounded by a few food choices and convenience store but it’s easy uber ride to Yongpyong nearby for more options. The resort is ski in and out so it’s super convenient. The resort lobby has a cafe with good coffee, that’s a plus.

Room was reasonable yet basic - decent size for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage boys) and lovely space. Best to come here with a car so you can drive out and buy things back to cook yourself - meals are pricey at the Alpensia ski resort area. You get what you pay for and needs a good renovation before it’s ready for next years ski season! Lighting can improve in Block 301 also as it feels a little dated.

Tiny towels supplied and had to ask for them. The room smelled like a gym locker but the smell might have been from the clothes steam closet. Something needed to be cleaned inside there. No dishwashing detergent provided. Mold in the showers. Stains on the bedding. Ample room for ski equipment but needed a second drying rack. Beds were a nice design. Floor heat worked well. Get the mountain-view room so that you’re not over a busy parking lot. Nice skiing and family activities. The price was too high.
