“It truly was the best hotel in Malta of the several we stayed at on our honeymoon. The room was the most beautiful with a terrace, hot tub and clear views of the Mediterranean Sea. The hosts were so kind and ready for our arrival with a bottle of sparkling wine. The room amenities were superb including robes, plenty of towels and stellar bath products. They have a gym and spa with a sauna and a pool which looked lovely but we did not use it during our stay. The hotel is situated near the Blue……

“Our room was very spacious beautiful view of the sea. Bed was quite comfortable. Pillows were comfortable to. Shower was good. The food was good, quite a variety. The bar staff made amazing cocktails. The spa well we expected a nice chilled relaxed massage we had the couple's experience, but turn out to not be as relaxing as we thought (so take note). We asked for a relaxing massage. Other wise all in all the stay was good.”

“The view from our room was lovely. Even by European standards our room was quite small but storing bags was made easier by an armoire. The bath was a lovely treat after a long day of hiking but make sure you have your shampoo, conditioner, etc as they are not provided. There is a standard liquid soap provided. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast there. ”

“Enorm vriendelijk onthaal. Ruime en mooie kamer. Alles zeer proper. Niets op aan te merken. Lekker en verzorgd ontbijtbuffet. Rustige mooie buurt dichtbij alles. Als we ooit teruggaan naar Malta zal het sowieso opnieuw bij 1926 zijn!”

“The weather was not so good with several days of rain and the hotel has 7 separate blocks so to get to reception or the dining room means getting wet. The dinning room was a bit soulless and the buffet food was often cold. Being out of season the other food outlets were not open and there were no restaurants or bars within walking distance.”

“Fantastic service and accommodations were 5 star. The hotel food was phenomenal and the Michelin Star restaurant was an experience of a lifetime! ”
