I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this hotel regarding parking.
I specifically chose and booked this hotel through Expedia because it clearly stated that parking was available. As a traveler with a rental car, parking was an important factor in my decision. However, upon arrival and check-in, I was informed that the hotel does not actually have its own parking facility and instead directed me to a public parking lot.
This was already misleading and frustrating, as the information provided on Expedia gave the impression that parking would be conveniently available on-site or at least directly affiliated with the hotel.
What made the situation even worse was what happened next. The public parking lot I was directed to was not only located a noticeable distance away from the hotel, but when I arrived there, it was CLOSED. After a long day of travel, having to deal with finding alternative parking late at night in an unfamiliar area was extremely stressful and inconvenient.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated, but unfortunately it did not make up for the inconvenience caused by the parking issue.
This experience felt very unprofessional and poorly managed. If the hotel does not provide its own parking, this should be clearly and accurately stated in the booking information. Guests should not be misled into thinking parking is readily available when it is not.
