Pas de réaction du gérant à nos demandes et matériel de cuisine cancérigène !!!!!

Lors de l’arrivée, nous constatons qu’il n’y a qu’une cuillère pour deux et surtout que les poiles sont rouillées !!!! Le gérant nous dit qu’elles ne sont pas bien lavées mais ce n’est pas cela. Elles sont rouillées !!!! Ceci est cancérigène !!!! Les poiles ne seront jamais changées !!!! C’est inacceptable de louer un logement avec du matériel de cuisine rouillé !!!!! CECI EST DANGEREUX POUR LA SANTÉ !!!!!! N’allez surtout pas dans cet endroit car si vous avez un problème, il n’y aura personne à votre écoute. C’est dommage car j’envisageais d’y retourner en vacances mais je choisirai un autre hébergement.

Conveniently located with best bed ever

The loft was very well situated; close to the train station, restaurants, groceries and the old city. Unit could use a critical eye for needs of guests: no shelf, hooks or towel bar in the bathroom was awkward; table was not stable; and large microwave didn't work (small replacement was very small). The bed was unbelievably comfortable.

First time in Quebec!

We had a great stay! This apt was perfect for 2 people for 3 days. It is close to Old Quebec, but getting there is pretty much all uphill (just to keep in mind). There is a grocery store just down the street which was super convenient, where we could also buy bus passes! Overall we had a great stay!

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre visite. Toutefois, dans la chambre 15, le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas et il n'y avait pas de débarbouillette supplémentaire dans la buanderie de l'étage. Nous avons remarqué que le support mural de la télévision était entrain de perdre une vis. Le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas bien non plus. Outre ses petits détails, nous référons affaires avec vous.

Home away from home

The whole reservation and contact with the manager was quick and easy. I had to be in Québec for two weeks for surgery, there are other staying arrangements for patients who need to travel for medical reasons but we wanted something more private. I used VRBO to search for a place close to the hospital I had to go to and this listing popped up. The price was really good, the manager replied quickly to messages. The place looked exactly like in the pictures and everything we needed was no more then a 5 minute walk away! Cleaning staff we're super nice and helpful. Very secure building as well, arriving in the area where the lofts are situated I was a bit skeptical but our stay couldn't have been better!!! We definitely recommend Les lofts!
