The staff are excellent and very helpful as with all Delta hotels I have stated stayed at. However, this Delta Hotel property is totally overdue for renovation. To say that the rooms are old and in dire need of updating, would be an understatement. The carpets are extremely old and somewhat unclean, and the bathtub and toilet were old and stained. The property needs some serious attention.

Helpful and friendly staff! Wish the room was better maintained. Peeking wallpaper, sticking sink plug and worn out carpet. Regardless, my family of 4 enjoyed the spacious size of the room, shower pressure, large size fridge, lots of storage space and outdoor pool. Great location within walking distance of cafes and restaurants along with many attractions including Old Québec, The Citadelle, museums and The Plains of Abraham. Will reccomend after our 4 night stay.

Solid and reliable, not fancy. Bed was clean and comfortable, shower was excellent and air conditioning was great. But room was very utilitarian, no character at all and not aesthetically pleasing. The common areas were looking a little run down and the artificial smell they pipe into the main lobby was a bit nauseating. Location was excellent for walking access to old town, parliament and restaurants, but far enough outside that you weren’t paying much of a premium. The Bistro was decent but again, nothing special. Overall a solid 7/10. It was a great home base.

The property is in a perfect location. The staff is very nice especially the concierge! The room is very dated with broken fixtures and ripped furniture. The biggest issue is the SMELL! This hotel runs a perfume through its ventilation and it is very strong. If you are sensitive to scents it will be difficult to stay here without making you sick. Also, the elevator situation is a bit confusing since you have to switch elevators to get to your room.

The location is amazing and the staff were excellent. The issue is the building and the amenities. The carpets are very old, frayed, rippled like ocean waves, extremely dirty and smell awful. The closet doors had old fixtures that would stick and you would have to slam them to get them to close. The bathroom door wouldn't latch so privacy wasn't great. The TV had speaker cables hanging from underneath and TV had no volume so was unwatchable. These things could be overlooked if out in a small town for $100 a night, but this is a Delta and the room was $440 a night. I was expecting to overpay due to location, but this should've been a higher end room at that price. We were here on a conference for a week, and everyone that traveled here with us mentioned all the same things and we're shocked at the state of the place. Staff were fantastic, but i will never stay there again.
