"the safety in this place is dangerous. twice i had people punch in my door code and come in, thankfully they weren’t weird. As a female that made me feel unsafe on top of the fact that it was not made clear that you will be sharing the place with other people. The host was slow on replying and the safety was my top issue otherwise the location was the best part of this place "

"A very impromptu stay but this was great for what we needed. The host was incredibly responsive & helpful with any requests. The location of the accommodation was great - just minutes from the beach, shops & restaurants & the train into manhattan couldn’t have been easier. The only negative point is that the property could have been cleaner but overall a great stay"

"House looks exactly like the pictures. Nice, quiet neighborhood was a huge plus! Host was very friendly and proactive. The house gets freezing cold. The first night there was so cold, we contacted the host, she turned the heat on immediately. Everyday after, it was still freezing inside. The house could also use a good deep cleaning. Dust was everywhere, even in the dishes in the cabinets. "
