"What drives this review is more about how things are handled when things don’t go perfectly. I’d like to thank my host for their personal attention. The property is a secure property right across the street from where the Jets play. It’s a great location, in a clean, secure building. I was attending a conference in Winnipeg and the location was in walking distance from everything. Great property with a lovely patio and view in the evening. Thank you."

"The location was great right downtown, close to some amazing coffee shops and restaurants- we enjoyed being able to walk. Checkin was fairly straightforward but didn’t get instructions until a couple hours before our arrival which was difficult as we were flying and anxious to get them before we arrived. The place itself was in decent condition although it definitely looks like it’s seen better days. Hosts were very firm on having no extra guests or parties which worked for us as we were only there visiting family, but made us nervous upon arrival to have anyone come even just for a few minutes to wait while we were getting freshened up. When we arrived, there hand soap in the bathroom was empty but hosts were prompt to replace it. Overall, it was good location and good for the price, just don’t expect a polished condo."

"The condo is in a secure building and is a great size for one or two people. The kitchen was well equipped, and plenty of towels were provided. The bed is quite firm, which may come down to personal preference. The Roku was a little temperamental and had trouble working a few times, but overall, I had a comfortable stay in a convenient downtown location. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location worked well for us. There were places near by to get some grocery items. We did need to purchase extra garbage bags, toilet paper and also paper towels. We had 4 adults there for a full week. We had trouble with the key pad a first as you can't see the numbers and having only 1 fob for the outside door meant we had to coordinate activities. Great views of the city."

"This was a nice accommodation in the heart of Winnipeg. The bed was comfortable, the LR furniture adequate but not great. Kitchen was nicely equipped with a few exceptions noted below. Check in information was accurate but some details were not clear to us which made the process a little intimidating. For starters, we had to find on street parking to initially access the building and unit. Once we got in the unit, we got the fob for building access and the parking card but it wasn't clear to us which ramp we should park in or which entry to use. We made some assumptions and as it turns out the most obvious option is the correct one. The ramp access is immediately adjacent to the building access. Once parked we were unhappy to learn that we needed to unload for our 4-night stay in the ramp and make multiple trips using the ramp elevator to street level then access the building and use the building elevator to access the unit. The process had to be repeated when we checked out. It would be very helpful to have a designated loading/unloading spot or at minimum a luggage cart to minimize trips. Once we figured it all out it was fine and we had an enjoyable stay and found interesting things to do while walking and biking in the city. The unit affords beautiful sunset views. The kitchen lacked a few basic necessities that should be added, namely measuring cups, measuring spoons and ice trays. Also, maybe add coat/robe hooks in the bathroom, bedroom and entry hall."
