「The hotel is not new. The reception area was acceptable and the lady checking in when we arrived around 6 pm was extremely friendly and helpful. The hallways appeared dirty and tired, however the room was clean and tidy. I was most dissatisfied when I tried to dry my hair only to find out that the hairdryer did not work. After talking to the morning shift reception desk clerk, I felt she did not care. After two tries, she finally got a maintenance person to come to the room. This man...

「Unexpected pleasure to stay there. I booked a room to sleep a night on my across Canada drive. The hot tub and comfy bed gave me a good night sleep. The night here replenished me and my husband. Thanks you, Cindy!」

「What appears to be a sports bar is actually a load of video slot machines and what looked like a small stripper stage with thumping music that could be heard throughout the hotel. The door knob/lock was not correctly installed, there was no outlet for a CPAP machine without perhaps running an extension cord, cigarette burns in the blanket and the whole mattress itself needed replacing. Oh - and the hallway ceiling had been torn out for what looked like water damage.」

「The room had a door to an adjoining room. There was no trim which allowed a 1/4" gap where i could see into the other room. The folks in that room were fighting loudly and it sounded like they were inside my room. I didn't feel safe to leave the room or call the front desk because the walls were so thin.」

The staff were nice but the dating of the hotel is showing unfortunately. The room itself was decent but hard to sleep when it was so loud from the outside and other rooms」
