"Beautiful rooms and spacious "

"I was not allowed to check in until 4 PM and by then I had to call out of work because they were not prepared and I kept going and repeatedly asking, and they were not ready. And then for my room to have dirty hand fence all over the door jam. And nasty moldy, green and black scum in the shower, and the sliding glass door would not shut all the way if you wanted to walk it and had to stay slightly cracked and was held together with duct tape. The pool was closed. So in Florida you can’t even swim in the pool because it’s closed. Thanks a lot for ruining stay. "

"Actually we needed the heat it was a cold spring break. But the heat worked great and the extra blankets were a plus. The plastic on the one mattress was frustrating because it made so much noise and that mattress was also too soft for our liking. the master bed was nice and we didn't use the third room with the two beds. It was nice and close to everywhere we had to go."

"I was very impressed with this Hotel. All areas of the Hotel smelled great. No humid moldy old dirty sock smells here! Very clean lobby, breakfast area, rooms, and bathrooms. Polite staff and wonderful breakfast! Hotel right in the middle of everything… shopping & restaurants. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future which speaks volumes if you “know me”. "

"We did not have pets at the hotel and did not use the shuttle."

"Sadly the Hot tub was not functional and the outside sink was not operational. Out side of that property was cozy , and beautiful."
