「I was very disappointed with my one-night stay at the Valza Boutique Hotel on October 28th. Based on our experience, the hotel fell short of both "comfort" and "boutique" standards. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was out of service, leaving the stairs as our only option. Since parking was in the lower level, this meant carrying our luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The receptionist made no offer to assist, which was particularly disappointing under the circumstances. The...

「Wonderful hotel, Excellent and very service minded personel. The seafood was outstanding. Try the seafood platter, to get an overall appreciation of what they can do! During our ten days travelling around Albania, the Mazarine was by f a r number one!」

「Excellent experience with the staff. The hotel was beautiful and clean. I have no other words. They do have to work on mini bars and water but other than that very nice. Keep in mind the beach is a bit of a walk and you have to book seats early. Amazing place all around. Violet」

「Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was quite comfortable for a one-night stop, especially considering that this was the cheapest option I could find. I had actually expected a studio with a kitchen where I could prepare my own meals, but I couldn't find a kitchen in the room. Perhaps it was located in a separate area, or maybe I was given a different room. Since I was staying for just one night, I didn't bother investigating. Having a refrigerator was good enough for me. There were a...

「The staff were excellent and the bed and shower were great. I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. The rooftop pool and bar were good with spectacular views. The breakfast was plentiful, though some of it wasn't kept very warm. I recommend the pooltop bar food for lunch, dinner and cocktails. I really enjoyed the dedicated beach area...

Einfach TOP!」

「Good value for the money.」
