"Dead bolt did not work at all, swing lock was broken off, and there was no do not disturb sign. Almost as if the staff wants to be able to walk in on you, which they tried to do every morning. Very very frustrating and not at all okay. Breakfast was very poor and was not restocked often, but the waffle machine worked so was the only thing we took advantage of."

"I don't know what they put in those mattresses, but I slept amazing uninterrupted hours and woke up genuinely refreshed. The room was spotless, the blackout curtains actually worked, and the bedding was luxurious without being fussy. Staff were friendly and efficient at every turn, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. Just an outstanding stay from check-in to checkout — I'll be back."

"I had an accessible room - four grab bars in the tub and the adjustable hand-held shower head was fabulous! The room was quite large, had lots of lamps and outlets and cell phone plug-ins. The OJ at breakfast was delicious - not watered down like most hotel free breakfasts. Will definitely stay there again. Kathy Berman"

"Staff was friendly but disliked the extra information that had to be entered on the IPad. It added an extra unnecessary step. I had pre booked the room. The grounds were nice but this hotel has a lot of construction/ outdoor workers apparently stay here so there was clumps of dirt from the front door to the front desk and lobby area then upstairs off of the elevator. The hotel can’t clean constantly I know but it was just off putting"

"There was a pool, but it was dry. There was no water. There was no breakfast served of any kind just coffee and tea from what I understand. The room was very clean. The air conditioner worked very well and surprisingly, even though it was close to the interstate and there was a truckstop in the back it was very quiet and I didn’t have any problem sleeping. The staff were very, very nice. You can’t go into the office and check in. They have a little window when you walk to check-in, but even though it was seamless and they were very pleasant to deal with."

"We had a smoke free room that smelled like smoke. The extra lock on the door was attached to the trim and did absolutely nothing because the trim would move and allow the door to open. There were stains on the sheets and blankets. I will say that the staff was kind enough to give us a room on the bottom floor, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was clean."
