“This is a total scam and should be removed from Expidia as a listing. It’s not a hotel, just a very poorly maintained apartment in the Berjaya Times Square residences. The room was dilapidated, with bad wiring for lighting, no hot water and filthy bed sheets and towels, which seemed like they hadn’t been washed before my arrival. The check in process was a nightmare, I had to get someone to call the person, who then came and demanded a cash deposit and my passport before even showing me to……

“Superb stay for family of 4 ppl at the spacious executive 2 bedrooms. We stayed for 10 days traveling around KL. It’s very close to KLCC mall and plenty choices of restaurants nearby. The staffs there are very helpful and friendly. Enough carpark space provided with only RM10 per day. Definitely will come back again.”

“Overall, the room was excellent but communication was the worst. I had to go for months without being able to communicate with the apartment owner nor any front desk for information regarding checkin, mail, amenities, etc. Imagine having an important vacation coming up and not knowing if you were even going to have a place to stay in a distant unknown country until you got there! That's what happened! Expedia should not have this as a listing. The apartment owner/host would not respond by phone……

“Not ideal for checking-in from the airport, the host will ask you to provide an accurate time to check in so that their staff will come and give you the key. The check-out process is slow, too. Almost missed my flight because of this”

“no checkin desk and need to wait for somebody to deliver keys. No supplies in the apartment ,no towels ”

“Ideal location, plenty of living space, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms handy when traveling with a friend. Room is a bit run down and lacked some of the simple things like tea, coffee, milk and detergent for the washing machine. Room was too light at night for my liking, could do with blackout curtains”
