「The property is "ok" but there is no body to offer any sort of services. We inadvertently booked 3 apartments instead of 1, upon checking we pointed out the error and took only 1 apartment, informed Hotels.com, followed up with Hotels.com multiple times but they were unable to reach the hotel. Ethics are questionable at best- granted it was our mistake, but they could have let us know upon check-in and we would have taken the other 2 apartments as well. You can't reach them if you need...

「I was very happy with this location for my couple day stay in Kuala Lumpur. It is a short ride from almost all of the tourist attractions in the city. The room was very clean, the pool has an excellent view of the city, and it feels very safe as they have security in the lobby all the time which you need your key to access. Additionally, the property was quick to respond via whats app if we needed anything.」
