Aretha at the front desk was very friendly. We've been here for 1 month, but have to leave due to rule about not staying longer than 30 days. But I wouldn't come back.

cockroaches, stains on bed, a sock that didn't belong to me in my room, damp floors, walls falling apart, front desk person with bare feet on desk, smells like cigarettes and mold. Highly recommend going next door to other properties. Left in the middle of the night to a cleaner hotel for my girlfriend and dog. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The room was decent. Wasn’t the worst! But not the best either. I stains on the couches in front of the bed. Didn’t want to sit on it at all. Sheets were clean though. I would stay again if the prices were better . But if you do stay.. BRING ROACH SPRAY! I had to purchase some to actually spray my entire room. And still saw them running around in the bathroom

The breakfast was poor. The site stated "hot buffet" breakfast. There were breakfast sandwiches and waffles. Nothing else hot. The cereal was stale and not replenished well. It was served from 6am-9am but if you went after 7-8 am everything was gone and you had to knock on kitchen door to get things replenished. Our room was clean enough. And the one staff member i mostly interacted with was very nice. But I wouldn't advice anyone to stay here more than 1 day.

First issue was cockroaches on the fourth floor in my room. The refrigerator didn’t work and the AC leaked water all over the floor. The breakfast downstairs was just cereal, waffles and toast. I’ve been at a La Quinta before and they had eggs and sausage. This one did not and I was disappointed other than that everything was fine.
