「Had an excellent stay at The Kashi Residency. It’s close to Assi Ghat and other attractions. The staff are really helpful and always happy to help. Thanks to Ayush, Raj Kumar and all staff members who made my staff a memorable one.」

「Well located but very tatty. Inflexible to any kind of late checkout without charging excessive amount. Housekeeping inconsistent, in the 4 nights I stayed room was not cleaned once. When I checked in room was missing all amenities and towels. I would suggest looking around before staying there 」

「I went on a solo trip to Banaras and booked my stay at Gangotri. The hospitality truly surprised me. The owner and staff are very kind, helpful, and welcoming. I was really impressed with the facilities. The room was clean and hygiene was well maintained, which made me feel comfortable and safe as a solo traveler. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Banaras — it’s totally worth it!」

「The property was being painted inside resulting in the room smelling like chemicals. The internet was terribly slow and kept disconnecting. The aircon is old and noisy. The floors were quite dirty. Rest of the room was perfect」

「Comfy, clean room. Good location, very close to Assi ghat. Linen was not too fresh, somwone's hair on the pillows. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Apparebtly, it also takes 15 mins to check out in the morning. That is if there are no other guests checking out at the same time. It would have been good to know before I arranged for the taxi pickup ") All in all, good value for money; and with some simple improvements, it has the potential for excellency. 」

「I was moved to 3 different rooms one due to no towels toilet roll, then the next room was full of midges and the 3rd room no towels very little toilet roll no mini bar. When i was moved to the 3rd room the room service man shouted at me i had room service twice and the day i checked out they said i owed money even though i paid when room service came absolutely disgusted with this property and some of the service acoid at all cost you will be eaten alive here」

「Despite having a reservation and completing the payment, I was repeatedly told that there was no reservation under my name. Showing the reservation number and my smartphone screen didn't help. Finally, I was able to confirm the reservation through email.」

「The bathroom had a smell to it, even when I spayed it multiple times. The smell stayed. I didn’t want to use the bathroom because of that. The area around the guest house was convenient, 15 min walk to Assi Ghat. A bunch of 3 wheelers around. List of tea stall. The room was okay. The bathroom not so much. 」
