「What a beautiful day this was. The views from the Inn are stunning. I was welcomed by Kevin (the owner) on arrival. I enjoyed a fabulous home-cooked styled curry for dinner (a must have if you are there for curry night). The rooms are clean and nicely set up. Both Kevin and Suzanne are superb hosts. Looking for a great place to stay this is it. I look forward to my return.」

「Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent both at breakfast and at the bar. The tv in the room could be somewhat bigger with more channels available and a box of tissues left in the room would be welcome. Overall a very nice experience.」

「Me and my family stayed for two nights it was ok . The first morning was greeted by the breakfast lady and was told to go bar, no food available and tbh it wasn’t the best atmosphere was treated like a hindrance shame as it was the first impression and when you get a 5 year old ready for breakfast and was waiting around for hours was not a good start to the day . The next morning food and tables available but again same lady no tea coffee shambles again felt like a hindrance. Other than...

「Only issue that I can mention was the fact there was no one at the pool reception when we went for our first swim. A guest had to show me how to access. Consequently I went into the members changing room then when I eventually spoke to a girl she informed me I should not be there but to go to the other changing room. Had to ask for a tag. 2nd day no problem and helpful staff. Breakfast amazing It was my birthday and they gave me a little gift. Will definitely be going back」

「All in all the stay at browns was fab. My only issue would be floor in the bathroom needed repairing as wooden floor had gaps and discoloured with the shower bottom also in the same condition. However fan hotel and very friendly staff with good location. Dartmouth is a beautiful place.」

「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」
