"The front staff, especially Sana, were so accommodating, from room changes, half an hour late check out, but all done with a smile on her face. Coast hotels should be proud of the customer service she provided. The restaurant staff, at Montana's were very good as well. I wish the hotel would close the pool at 9pm rather than 10pm. The noise level was way to high for sleeping, by the time the kids wind-down and stop running the hall ways after swimming it's getting really late. We as a group of 10, would definitely stay there again, although further away from the pool."

"The airport shuttle is easy to find. Call the hotel once you've collected your luggage and tell you where expect the shuttle."

"Excellent stay and rest after a long flight. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was prompt to register me, allowing me a good nights rest. The room was clean and tidy. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever encountered in a hotel. I always look forward to this comfort and a restful sleep. Great breakfast with a variety of breakfast items to choose from. Enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Great breakfast, room could use updating, it was clean but very well used so it's all a bit tired and run down. Also this is directly beside train tracks, so bring your earplugs. Staff were all friendly, check-in was fine."
