「We arrived and were greeted well. The front desk is GREAT. They are the best. We had major issues with house keeping. Rooms were not cleaned. Sinks and shower were left dirty. No hand soap etc. Rooms cleaned late and then done very sloppy. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and they bent over backwards to make sure this was taken care of. However, we had the same issue the next day. I also spoke with the front end manager. I think that is who she was. She had no name...

「We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The two bedrooms and two baths was wonderful for trying to get ready for our cheer competition. Everything was nice and clean. We could have purchased groceries and stayed there all day and night. The kitchen was great. Only negative I have was the breakfast. It was very bland. It seems like both mornings when we got down there, and it was at different times that they were out of something or another.」

「The apartment was modern and comfortable and the property had excellent amenities. The only thing lacking was a hot tub, but the fire bowl made up for it. This is a great place particularly for young adults. The entry instructions were clear, but we struggled with getting the key fob for the room and using the App for the garage. Fortunately, there were helpful people there who assisted us. We were disappointed to be staying only one night. We would definitely make this property our home base if...

「My only complaint is the sharp sewage smell when you enter the lobby. I also noticed it about 7 month ago too. I assume it is related to the stadium construction next door but it should be addressed immediately. Other than that it is a very convenient property location if visiting Vanderbilt.」
