「Staff was very pleasant and parking was convenient」

「The room did not have any closed draws or closed closet space. Everything was out in the open so I did not feel comfortable with leaving anything in the room.」

「There was roaches. I took a photo of an extremely large roach. I brought it to the front desk and was told management would reach out because none were on property. No solution or attempt to reach out was made.」

「I booked a suite with 2 king beds for the weekend...and it was over booked...my room wasn't available...so instead of my family being in a room with 2 beds....they gave us 2 single bed rooms....which meant my family was split up...we had an event to attend . .so we were forced to stay...and be seperated....of course it sucked...」

「Bathroom had no toilet paper. Shower door close. Dirt on walls. One soap for the shower and sink. Nowhere to put the soap while in the shower. No trash can in the bathroom. Room didn't have working phone to call housekeeping or the front desk. The one trashcan in the room was torn up by animal? Toilet seat cracked on both sides. Parking lot dirty with trash, curtains had white STUFF on them. Remote control had blue tape as a cover. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. Floor was dirty everywhere....

「Of all the Quality Inns I have stated, this by far was the worst. The grounds were unkept. The parking lot was small, the parking lot was full of pot holes, the grass was not cut and the lightening was poor. Inside the lobby looked unoccupied, old, run down and not modern. Behind the reception desk the walls were scratched up as if something was moved, paint removed and it appeared as if something had damaged the walls and they were left that way. The young lady behind the desk, not mean, did...

「Great stay. The hosts were very communicative and answered all questions. Everything was nicer in person and smelled really good. I have no complaints and would stay again」
