Fantastic stay!

My family had a great time at this location! Steve and Bobbie are great hosts and wonderful to talk to. The home was extremely clean and comfortable. Having linens, towels, plus all other amenities included, made us feel right at home. The relaxed atmosphere was just what we were looking for. We even caught some beautiful sunsets from the back deck. Thank you for having us! Would definitely stay again!

Awesome Location!!

The location is perfect for a peaceful and quiet stay with views of the marsh right off our deck and beach access just across the street. Steve & Bobbi were excellent hosts and the unit was clean and very well stocked.

Great get away

This place was perfect for my husband and me. The hosts are very helpful and unintrusive. Everything you need is at the house. We enjoyed sunrises on the beach and sunsets on the deck. We hope to come back again.

This was our 2nd year staying at Steve and Bobbie’s and our stay was even better than last year! I can’t think of a better vacation. Steve and Bobbie make you feel like family. They are the best!!!

Wonderful place on the beach and within nature preserve

Hosts are great people and provided all needed for a lovely stay. Extremely clean and perfectly situated to beach, with magnificent views of marsh from back deck. Very comfortable. We look forward to going back.

Sand, sun, and water

We had the perfect stay, perfect weather, and wonderful hosts. Our 4 and 6 year old granddaughters never tired of looking for clams of all sizes and sand fleas. It was a magical place for them. We relaxed and enjoyed their activity. Alsi had some greal meals in Milton.

Getaway

Great location in Broadkill, as the south side has definitely become our favorite place. Perfect for the 2 of us to spend a few days for our anniversary. Quiet, clean, and a very quick and easy walk to the beach. The back porch facing the Preserve was relaxing and great for watching/listening to birds. Would definitely stay again. Just What the Doctor Ordered

Steve and Bobbie are fantastics hosts and lovely people. They made us feel instantly at home. We loved Broadkill Beach and the rental. Great views of Prime Hook marshes and easy access to the beach. Well-situated, well-equipped, clean. Beach access right across the street, sunset over the marsh, a sky full of stars. Friendly hosts, comfy beds. Quiet in March with no biting flies and hardly any people. Loved the town of Milton and nearby Lewes and Cape Henlopen.

If you’re looking for a no-frill, restful beach vacation this is the spot! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, lovely screened in porch and the beach is across the street over the dune! Steve and Bobbi are terrific hosts. The towns, closes by, are all worth exploring. Hope to return next September.

What a fabulous location

Ocean across the street, wildlife refuge out back. Peaceful and quiet. Comfortable and bathroom and kitchen were very well stocked. Unit was SPOTLESS. Owners pleasant and organized. Perfect for two or three people.
