Our home sits just 3.7 miles from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, ½ mile from Tanger Outlets, and 1.5 miles from Schellville Winter Village — ideal for year-round adventures. We’re also walkable to the Coastal Taproom, Henlopen Pizza Kitchen, and Royal Farm for quick essentials. First State Brewing and Big Chill Surf Cantina are just down the road. Love the outdoors? Bike-trail parking and access are only minutes away across Route 1.
After a day in the sun, unwind in the new hot tub, enjoy a meal in the outdoor dining area, or relax by the fire pit — there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the coastal air. You can also charge your vehicle right at home with our convenient Level 2 EV charger.
Inside, the two bedrooms each feature queen memory-foam mattresses, while the full bathroom and fully stocked kitchen (spices included!) make your stay feel effortless. The living room is filled with natural light and decorated with beachy touches that set the tone for total relaxation.
We’ve thought of the details that make your stay easy: fast Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, free parking, and two beach chairs with an umbrella ready for your days in the sand.
Our quiet neighborhood just off Route 1 feels tucked away — a true hidden gem — yet keeps you close to Rehoboth’s best beaches, shopping, and restaurants.
Pet policy: We welcome well-behaved pets during the winter season (Nov–Feb) for a cleaning fee. To maintain the best experience for all guests, no pets are permitted from March–October. Please see our house rules for full details.
Whether you’re planning a quick weekend getaway or an extended coastal stay, our upstairs Rehoboth Beach home offers the perfect mix of location, comfort, and charm.
Guests have access to the entire upstairs unit. Our home is an attached duplex and we sometimes also host other guests in the downstairs unit. Guests also have access to the backyard and in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Guests have access to the brand new outdoor shower, hot tub, outdoor dining area and fire pit. This is a shared space but there is room for everyone! See house rules for more info.

-We request guests are at least 25 years of age to book. We do sometimes make exceptions.
- Please list every overnight guest on the reservation. We do not charge per person, but like to know how many will be staying with us for cleaning purposes.
- Quiet hours for our neighbors are after 10:00 pm.
-Hot tub use: By booking our home guests agree that hot tub use is at their own risk. The hot tub and outdoor area is a shared space with upstairs guests. There is enough space for everyone to enjoy the amenities and always ask all of our guests to be considerate of each other. Sharing space can be a great way to meet new friends and dine outdoors or play games like cornhole together! Please use our outdoor shower before entering. It is always important to consult a physician with any condition or illness. It is not recommended to consume alcohol or medication with hot tub use. We do not recommend children use the hot tub, but if parents decide that they can they must be supervised. Lastly, now that the important stuff is out of the way: have fun! We provide silicone cups for the hot tub.
- Please park on the left side of our large parking area in front of the home. We ask guests bring no more than 2 vehicles. Our downstairs guests park on the right side. There are EV Level 2 chargers on both sides.
