    The Space:

    Enjoy the best of Rehoboth Beach from A Summer Place, a serene hideaway tucked into the private community of Rehoboth Crossing. Sitting close to it all, yet quietly set back from the hustle and bustle, this home is located just off Rehoboth Ave., about a mile to the boardwalk, and adjacent to the endless amenities of the Rte.1 corridor. While the beaches and cafes beckon, the property is also accessible to the woodsy Junction & Breakwater Trail, a hiking and biking experience that runs to the southwest side of Cape Henlopen State Park and connects to the hip little town of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. You’ll also love the complex amenities on-site, which include an outdoor pool and fitness center. This three-level escape is beach-casual, but with elegant touches, and offers the features and amenities you expect including a modern, WiFi-enabled home with Amazon Alexa music options, and smart, streaming televisions. Up the stairs, you’ll be greeted with an open floor plan, new hardwood floors throughout, and a comfy living room with a gas fireplace (in season). The dining area off the kitchen is perfect for family-style meals and is bracketed by a breakfast nook with four seats for your morning coffee near the airy kitchen windows. Take note of the screened porch on this level – which in the summer offers yet another dining option along with breezy outdoor seating. For our foodie guests, you’ll enjoy the spacious kitchen with every tool and option to create your favorite meals and cocktails. This was a beautiful property in a great location. The room setup and outdoor space on each level was perfect. The complex is a quick ride from the boardwalk and is so very close to the outlets and plenty of restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

You can't ask for a better location. About 5 minutes from restaurants and bars in Rehoboth Beach. This very quiet neighborhood also has plenty of food and shopping options nearby.

Nice home, nice community adjacent to a trail. Close to supermarket (walking distance), CVS, & town.

Home was fully stocked with linen and staples for cleaning. Home was clean and nicely decorated. There were even dog bowls.

Excellent experience

I booked this for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. We really enjoyed our stay here. Property was clean, spacious and loved the outdoor patio/decks. Kitchen cabinets were well stocked with plates, cups, utensils and bathroom had toiletries available. Overall, it was great experience. Would definitely come back!

Don’t book this!

Maybe if I say, “Don’t book,” we can come to this perfect home each time we visit Rehoboth! This home is absolutely perfect! The photos do not do it justice. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need to make a home cooked meal, or enjoy take out from Above the Dunes. The home is immaculate and spotless. The little things, such as necessities that are easily forgotten, were in this home.I am picky about bed comfort due to having an amazing bed at home, so I usually refrain from talking about the comfort of beds in rentals.The beds here are heaven! Extremely comfortable for our entire party from 14 to 47 year olds! The original Fractured Prune is three minutes away, and a must get for breakfast one morning! This home is a gem and you will not be disappointed!

Quick March Getaway

My husband and I rented this townhome for a long weekend in March and it was fabulous. We brought our dog with us as well and we loved walking her on the beautiful trail behind the community. Having the beach within a 10 min drive was a huge plus, especially since it was off season and we could bring the pup with us. The neighborhood was calm and easy to get to and from. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. We very much enjoyed the stay and plan to return!

Family Vacation

This vacation home was perfect for our family vacation. There is plenty of space and amenities to accommodate our stay. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and the house is stocked with items needed to make the stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and parking was very easy with two available spots at the house and then there was an overflow lot available as well. The beach is only about a 5-7 minute drive and a grocery store right across the street along with a CVS right before you pull in the complex. The overall stay was great I would most definitely book this place again for a future stay.

Clean, relaxing stay!

This is a great house that was very clean and well stocked. I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of kitchen supplies, fans, etc and they really thought of what people will need. Very relaxing stay and the community pool was a perfect way to end each day. The door code was being temperamental and the wait time to talk to someone at Vacasa was pretty long considering it was during check-in, but that is not a reflection on the house or owners.

Rehoboth Beach Get Away

We had a very nice stay at A Summer Place. The house was spacious and well laid out. My father stayed in the ground floor suite while my family stayed in the third floor. Any early risers felt comfortable to get coffee and breakfast without waking the rest of the house up as the kitchen/living room are on a separate floor. We also loved the washer and dryer right outside the master bedroom. The beds are super comfortable and the house is well stocked. We would return again!

Our family's visit to Rehoboth was great! The condo was very nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. We have been somewhat spoiled in the past with other units that had condiments and paper products. We had to provide those, but left them for the next person coming in. That said, we would rent this again. Thank you.

Amazingly beautiful property!

This rental is gorgeous and family friendly. We were especially drawn to it for it’s pet friendly policy. Thank you for allowing us to bring our furry family with us. We would not have rented if not for this! What a wonderful and clean rental. Sleeps multiple family members very comfortable. The downstairs bedroom is nice and private. Everyone had their own space. All that and a pool, too!
