「Terrible！ very disappointing.我們被安排住在一幢兩層高一共四間房的建築物（Rm.1-4）內裏設施簡陋，枕頭和毛巾有異味，冷熱水供應非常不穩定，時冷時熱（水熱的時候，是非常熱，但無法調較適合的水溫），滿地蟲蟻，毛巾和床鋪殘舊，都呈灰白色，十分不整潔。我們以為住進了他們的員工宿舍。因我們曾進入位於旁邊的獨立別墅視察，裏面的設施和我們住的房間簡直天淵之別。所以我們有被騙的感覺，是一次極之不愉快的經歷。」

「Séjour agréable, un peu loin du centre, il faut louer absolument un scooter. La mer pour se baigner est un environ 1,5km . Le voisinage est accueillant et l'interlocuteur (voisin egalement) sur place est toujours là pour nous aider et nous conseiller . Nous avons été invité dans sa famille.」

「We had the most wonderful stay in Ubud at lovely Noka House. The villa itself is breathtaking along with its position near paddy fields. Lots of wildlife, birds and insects to keep us company. Nyoman, Ketut and Wayan are so gracious and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Highlights for us are the Balinese people, they are so lovely, and my trip to the Yoga barn on the back of Wayan's scooter was hilarious if not a little bit terrifying. Could not recommend Noka House highly enough and would...

「I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places...
