房间性价比很高，虽然设施略老旧，但是房型很赞，阳台景观很漂亮。值得推荐。餐饮方面，早餐虽然没有很多样，但是味道不错，也够吃了。订的half boarding的package，菜单选择不算多，但是味道都很正宗。pizza味道也不错，整体餐饮的性价比也很高。在酒店住了4天，一半的时间都在酒店，员工很友善，有求必应。餐厅的员工，服务很不错。酒店环境也很舒适，优美。五星推荐。Spa中规中矩，如果不想出酒店，也是不错的选择，价格也很合理。

Fantastic stay !! Staff were so helpful & friendly & the rooms were really well presented & clean. Good location away from central Ubud but within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants etc. Lots of amenities & the pool was lovely.

We had a lovely stay with our family. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming nothing was ever too much trouble The only area that could use a little improvement is the bathroom, which would benefit from some updating. Other than that, it’s a lovely hotel in a very central location, close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return

Wir waren in fünf Hotels in diesem Urlaub und das Element war wirklich das Beste Hotel. Wirklich tolle Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Essen und ein Service mit Shuttle usw. Für einen perfekten Urlaub die richtige Wahl mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

The breakfast included was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the biggest assets of this hotel. The complimentary shuttle to downtown Ubud also made sightseeing and planning easy!

The "pool access room" in the photos show you can walk out of your balcony into the pool. YOU CANNOT ACCESS POOL DIRECTLY FROM BALCONY. They say its pool access cause your on the same floor as the pool, but tou so need to walk out to the pool. The pictures actually are AI that removed a wall so you could see the pool to make us think ita direct access.... this place does not have 3 pools!!! Its one giant pool they have split into 3. also has 1 restaurant. Over all it was ok but to be honest I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. I wont ever recomme d or return here

Not a big of a deal but water leaked from the shower room into the toilet area. It would be helpful if there are more towels placed in the room. I requested to leave extra towels in the room for the second night, but they didn't. It worked out ok. All the hotel staffs are nice and friendly. They are very helpful. The hotel gave us such a warm hospitality. I would stay there again.

We had such a wonderful stay and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, and their hospitality made our time here especially memorable. A special thank you to **Erik at the restaurant**, who was incredibly kind and had impeccable attention to detail. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well cared for. His thoughtfulness and genuine warmth really stood out and added so much to our experience. We are very grateful to the entire team for creating such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. It’s the people and the thoughtful service that can turn a beautiful hotel into a place that feels like home, and that was certainly our experience here. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our family. We leave with very fond memories of our stay and truly appreciate the hospitality we received.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were good but could be cleaner as our garden facing balcony had some spiders webs. The amenities were excellent, we had a great experience at the spa on-site. The breakfast was delicious and they had many vegetarian options. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to my next stay!
