“Great hotel with helpful and friendly staff. We also liked the pool, sauna and steam room. We paid for an upgraded room which was very nice and comfortable. The only downsides were the lack of bedside plugs, and we’d have preferred the en-suite to have a door for privacy.”

“We thought we had booked a room for 3 adults for one night turns out it was only booked for 2 and we had to pay an additional £175 for an extra person. Thought it was a bit steep. Had an early flight and although there was some breakfast choice available, it would have been better if there had been take away cups for coffee and some muffins or pastries just to grab and go. Fiona who checked us in was very pleasant although we weren't too happy to have to pay the additional £175.”

“We liked the bus stop tight out front. We didn’t like the lack of info to get from the airport to the hotel and ended up walking with all of our luggage. The meals were supposed to be 1/2 board but the credit provided towards meals wasn’t enough to cover but one or two of the choices. The food itself was good. Very nice premises.”

Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance).
