“Great stay many thanks. Nice property but please keep it refurbed and up to date. Needs aircon for the summer, fans good but too hot as windows cannot be fully opened. Great service in the bar/restaurant but needs Guinness back rather than Caffreys Stout! Will miss the lamb skewers from new menu but the new sticky chicken ones are also good. That said a tad less bbq sauce would be ideal.”

“位置比较好找，设备一般吧，以后可能会不再考虑入住”

“No check in desk, no room cleaning, no hot water, no heat, no breakfast service. Food very mediocre. Management of this hotel was disgraceful. Staff were amazing in very difficult circumstances. Stayed here many times before…..never again”

“Room was clean. Great value fir money unless youre unlucky enough to have a neighbour above you. The noise from the roon above was horrendous. Every footsteps echoes down through the floor. However the shower was hot. The room was comfortable and the bed was similarly comfortable. Can't and wont complain for 40 quid. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Recommended a lovely local curry house. Would use again would plum for an upper floor room if possible”

“Sadly, a disappointing stay in a hotel that has the potential to be beautiful but is dated and poorly maintained. We did not receive the suite we specifically booked for its layout. The first room we were given was accessed through a pitch-black courtyard, which felt unsafe. Although the bedroom and bathroom were modern, the living area was echoey, with a flimsy falling apart table and a fold-out bed positioned in a room near the external door. This was unsuitable for our two young……

“There is a very good service. Although my original room has no electricity, they let me have a suite room. Their cooked breakfast is very delicious, especially the smoked salmon.”

“clean, efficient, spacious, and most convenient. An excellent to stay a couple of nights in Sheffield town. I espcially like the spacious room and high ceiling and the lively little bas overseeing the Leopold Square.”

“Nice hotel. Great location. Walking distance to high street.”

“Check in: at the bar. Wait for 5 minutes as the staff served at the bar at that time. Wifi: good. Room: spacious, clean. One grocery shop near by, 5 minutes walk. No self laundry service. Breakfast: not buffet except juoice, milk and cereal, ok, basic. ”

“The outlook, surrounding and location is good. The hotel lobby and corridors to guest rooms are good decorated, however the interior of guest rooms are quite old fashion and seems haven't gone through any renovation of modernisation. The furnitures and TV are very old fashion. The cleaniness of carpet and armchairs are not up to hotel standard that causing you reluctant to step on the carpet and rest in the armchairs. Moreover, due to the dirty carpet in the room, I needed to request for a pair……

“The pictures of the hotel are accurate but also slightly deceptive - the hotel is located within a uni campus and has university halls either side of it. I expected a more private location than to be amongst students. The rooms were clean and looked accurate to the photos, however I would say we were lucky as we got the corner room which seemed slightly larger than the others. The breakfast was fine but there were some issues like that the bread was stale and the coffee was machine only.……

“No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend. Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing.”

“Staff friendly, always good atmosphere with live music at the weekends. Good breakfast choice and choice of drinks at the bar.”

“A little gem, easy to get to and staff very helpful and pleasant. 2nd time staying g and will use again”

“房間沒有提供冷氣， 大廳跟其他設施都有冷氣。 員工吹冷氣，住客住超熱不通風的套房 夏天完全不推薦 除非喜歡住在三溫暖烤箱”
