「The hotel is nice, clean, the beach access was awesome and never too busy. The rooftop restaurant is nice, however it doesn’t open until 9am so plan accordingly. Turndown service every day, which we appreciated very much. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend the Alexandra for anyone looking for a nice, clean hotel with private beach access in TC. 」

「No elevator. Stairwells and windows in between floors needed cleaned desperately, but the rooms were very clean. We stayed in two different rooms because we extended our reservation. The view from the balcony is great. Very relaxing. Nice continental breakfast that you could put on a tray and take up to your room. The selection is better if you get there early. The pool is shaded all day. It could have Been a little warmer and we came in August on 90° days」

「Four of us stayed in the Family Suite with the 2 bedrooms and we loved it! Very clean and comfortable. The pool was great too - very clean and without the old chlorine stink of a lot of other hotel/motel pools. Close enough to downtown Traverse City to make it easy to get to. Very friendly and attentive staff. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're up this way.」
