The apartment was nice, but I was trying to check in a couple of hours early and I couldn't get a hold of anyone and then when I was finally able to speak to someone they said it would be an extra $100. Also, they charged for parking when the web site said there was parking implying free parking. Bushra, the onsite agent was very nice and helpful, but forget trying to call billing.

Overall, the apartment is great. However, Churchill/Global Luxury Suites owns/leases all of the VRBO units in this building and are all in desperate need for updated mattresses. The mattresses are AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. I use the service fairly consistent for business travel into the area and have been returning home with a sore back whenever I rent. For example, the last mattress I slept on was bowed/sloped. You could literally roll off the bed if you slept too close to the edge. Again, love mostly everything about the place but the mattresses are in desperate need of an upgrade.

Great Location

Pros: Extremely convenient location to all the restaurants and shops in Reston Town Center. Rental was very clean and had great views from the 15th floor. Building amenities looked great, especially the outdoor amenities to enjoy in warmer weather. Cons: Communication with the rental property manager (as opposed to the building management) was extremely poor. It took multiple calls with promises of call backs which never occurred. We were to receive "Move-In" instructions and our unit number 24 hrs prior to arrival and never received it. Multiple calls on the day of arrival and sitting in the lobby produced no information. Once I got through, customer service told me that they would call back (again no callback) or the Concierge at the front desk would provide our unit information. The Concierge didn't have any access to information from Global Luxury Suites/Churchill Properties about which unit we were to occupy and if a gentleman (Randy, I think) from GLS that inspects the rental units for occupancy, hadn't walked through the lobby, asked our names and called his contact, I don't know how long we would have sat in the lobby waiting to check in. Minimal supplies provided in the condo. Bring your own hand soap for the bathrooms. Took 4 phone calls to get the Wi-Fi password. The overall condo is nice, clean and in a great location. Would stay again if I could find a different property management company to rent from.
