「Staff are very friendly, good location clean and easy to go anywhere 」

「The hotel is located right in the heart of Bilbao on a large crossroads, making easy access to attractions and the Guggenheim museum. We were lucky enough to be upgraded, the room was spacious, nice sized bathroom and sat over the entrance. This made it a little noisy at night with passer by shouting but only disturbed our sleep a little. The staff were super helpful and friendly. 「The hotel is worth the price you pay. Its location is close to the Bilbao bus terminal where you can arrive easily from Madrid in 4 hours. Using the "Autonomia" street you can walk to everywhere. 「Had a lovely time staying at the NYX. The staff on the front desk were very helpful. Once we got settled we went out to the local plaza and did a tapas run. A very enjoyable overnight stay prior to getting our ferry back to England. We will certainly be back again.」

「A little out of town and on a relatively steep hill. However, there is a metro station only 200m away which gives easy access to the city. Next to a main road and so there was regular road noise at night. The pool was shut. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. A large sitting area on the ground floor to enjoy a drink from the bar.」

「The bed is too soft and hurt my back. The parking space in the basement is so tiny and driveway is very narrow. So be prepared for the challenge when you drive through the way downstairs. The only thing we give compliments is the breakfast as they offer freshly made juice and smoothies! 」

「Everything was great! I left for a conference in Vitoria and I had to go back to Bilbao airport for the flight next day. When I got there, it was so late that I missed the last bus. I called them whether they could pick me up and they immediately help me out! Very kind! However, one more thing I would like to suggest is that it should be more choices for breakfast.」
