「The hotel is good. However, the bus shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not there after waiting for 35 min.」

「Good and safe place to stay. Breakfasts is delicious and good service of staff」

「Everything is good. Not far from the subway station. There’s a supermarket near the hotel. However, when I reserved the hotel, they said they had midnight free shuttle bus toward the airport. But when I checked it one week ago before the date I would arrive, there is only shuttle bus from 6am. That’s a little pity.」

「離馬德里機場近，附近有大型購物中心可逛。大約下午五點打電話請飯店派接駁車到機場，完全沒有人接聽，一直忙線中，最後只好自己叫計程車去飯店。」

「It was an okay-ish stay. The place seemed was built with grandeur in mind but they haven't given it the proper upkeep recently. The thermostat was broken, the restroom's trashcan was broken; toiletries were what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. It was, however, very close from the airport and they provided a free shuttle. So it can be very efficient if you don't care too much about details and just want a place to crash for a couple of hours and take a basic shower.」

「Far from city and metro station around 10 mins walk to metro station. Not a business or tourist district, only housing buildings. Nothing to shop or eat around the area. The hotel is quite good, especially free offer refreshments including drinks coffee beer, wine, soda, popcorn cake salad, etc everyday to every guests. Breakfast very nice and delicious and healthy. serving staff (Emedia and the cooking guy) very professional and attentive. The room is spacious and comfortable.」

「I thought the hotel is very close to the airport. But it turn out it is about 10 km away. It cost around 20 euro to get to by uber the same amount of money from the hotel to downtown 」
