NEWLY BUILT Stylish Luxury 2-bedroom villa in the delightful village of Gennadi
• Brand new for the 2024 season!
• Sister Villas of Villa Mytikas and Villa Loka which are located just behind

• Shops, tavernas and beach are within easy walking distance
• Modern, luxury, fully fitted kitchen
• Spacious living area with satellite TV, Bluetooth audio system for smartphone and tablet, Apple TV, DVD

• Fully covered outside dining area with an attractive wooden pergola and purpose built BBQ
• For larger groups, you can rent both Villas Castor and Pollux as they are located right next to each other. Perfect for family get togethers!
• Private parking area with large gate providing privacy and security
• Added benefit of own emergency water tank which switches on automatically if required
This modern, stylish holiday villa benefits from two lovely ensuite bedrooms, each with their own veranda. There is also a huge sofa bed in the living area, providing additional sleeping accommodation for 2 persons.
This gorgeous villa also boasts three full bathrooms, two ensuite bathrooms and one separate bathroom. A modern, fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher and coffee maker and full range of cooking utensils. There is also a storage room with a washing machine. The villa has been decorated and furnished in a wonderfully tasteful style by the Italian owners.
The living area is spacious and light. Patio doors lead to the outside private heated (in April, May, October and November) pool and dining area, where you will find a BBQ with plenty of preparation space. The pretty garden is well tended with beautiful mediterranean trees and plants.
This villa, being so close to Gennadi, means that you can take advantage of all the amenities the lovely traditional village of Gennadi has to offer. There is a fabulous bakery for fresh bread and other delights that you can stroll to in the mornings, cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, post office, a pharmacy and a doctor.
The local beach is also just a 10-minute walk and is lined with three excellent fish tavernas right on the sand.
There are also a couple of great beach bars which are just a few minutes’ drive from the villa.
If you are looking for activity during your stay in Rhodes, horse riding, fishing, watersports, windsurfing and kitesurfing are nearby. Luxury Villa Pollux is just 25 minutes drive from Prassonissi, Rhodes´ famous Wind and Kitesurfing beach.

Payment can be made to Lindos Destiny via credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Lindos Destiny will send you the payment information based on your choice of payment method.
