Great appartement and a perfect host

The appartement was very comfortable and clean. There is a beautiful garden. Marion is the perfect host who has many tips for discovering the island. Her homemade jam is delicious!

La ferme de Marion est un espace magnifique, très grand jardin ombragé avec des canards et de chevaux. Tout est impeccable et Marion est attentive au moindre détail tout en étant très chaleureuse et accueillante. Je recommande vivement.

Marion como anfitriona es excelente. Nos fue a comprar el primer día porque nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde. En el alojamiento tienes opción de comprar alimentos frescos de su propia cosecha. También dispone de servicio de lavadora y secadora!

Klassisch deutsch - Beschwerdebuch und dazu noch Schimmel

Die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft erfolgt durch ein Mischviertel aus Bauruinen und Villen. Sofort beim Betreten der Wohnung haben wir gefragt, ob frisch Arbeiten durchgeführt worden seien oder etwas feucht sei. Das wurde sofort laut vehement abgestritten. Kurz darauf sahen wir zwei überlaufende Raumentfeuchter. Die Wohnung ist super feucht und es riecht sehr stark nach Schimmel (Reisezeit März). Der Strom für die Heizung wird extra abgerechnet. Ebenso das Holz für den Kamin. Den Kamin kann man nicht bei jedem Wetter und jeder Windlage anzünden. Der Pool war noch nicht zugänglich. Bemerkenswert ist, dass es ein Beschwerdebuch aber kein Gästebuch gibt. Die Küche und Wohnung ist mit dem allernötigsten ausgestattet - dazu zählt allerdings kein Toilettenpapier. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Gebäudetrakt mit vielen anderen Einheiten. Die deutschen Auswanderer leben von der Vermietung und sind immer vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Durch die Fenster im Wohn- und Küchenbereich ist auch drinnen keine Privatsphäre vorhanden. Wir haben mit Mühe und Not drei Nächte bei offenem Fenster hier verbracht und haben dann eine andere Unterkunft bezogen.

Perfect!

These days in Marion and her husban property were amasing. They are a very friendly and the first day guide tour by Ribeira Grande is an excellent visit card. For those with small childrens the property is perfect for them to have real contact with different species of animals. I just have to thank them and hope to came back soon.

SSchone Unterkunft, reizende, hilfsbereite Familie , wunderschone Umgebungmgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Marion, Dieter und weiterer Familie sehr genossen. und wunderschone Ausfluge in die Umgebung gemacht . Mein Enkel hat sich mit Moritz amusiert und mit Hunden und Katzen spielen konnen. Noch dazu, hat Marion uns tatkraftig geholfen, lokalen Fisch auf den Tisch zu bringen, ohne sie hatten wir es nie geschafft. Desirée hat leckere Backereien gezaubert. Es waren schone 9 Tage. . Die Quebecker: Renate, Ariadne und Anthony .

Perfect location to explore Sao Miguel

We had a perfect stay with Marion and her family. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming - giving us a driving tour of Ribeira Grande to show us where the best beaches and bars were before we'd even unpacked to get a feel for our stay. The house is the perfect size for a family to stay in - Marion and her family live in apartments in the main house, with a further 3 apartments available for families. The gardens with the animals are beautiful to wander around or just sit in and enjoy the peace. We have 2 teenage boys (13 and 15) who enjoyed the dipping pool and the tranquility of the place (as well as the WiFi!). We didn't see the other guests very much - with so much to do everyone is off sight-seeing, so it always felt peaceful. Marion's family live on site too, so there was a real family warmth, with lots of people to chat to and get recommendations for visits from. They were really friendly and the perfect hosts. We enjoyed home-made bread and jams from Marion's daughter, and eggs fresh from her chickens every day - perfctly idyllic! The house had everything we needed for our stay, it was very well equipped, with a barbecue in the garden and a pinic table to sit at if you want to eat outside. The house is a short walk from Ribeira Grande (1km) with lots of bars, restauarants, beaches and ice-cream for a lovely evening wander in to town. You can watch the sunset from the pier at the end of the day. We got lucky and landed during the Medieval Fair, so the place was buzzing! This is a great spot to explore the island from - just a short distance to some of the most popular sites, as well as more secret spots for lovely walks and swims in the sea. It's a bit more chilled than Ponta Delgada, but only 30 mins away for the boat trips etc. A perfect stay for our family - we absolutely loved our time on the island and in the house. Thank you Marion - we hope to be back one day!

Tolle Ferienwohnung - toller Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Marion und Dieter empfangen. Marion hat uns direkt die nähere Umgebung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gezeigt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super sauber und gemütlich. Es fehlt an nichts und die Lage des Anwesens ist traumhaft schön. Für unsere 11 jährige Tochter waren die Tiere noch ein zusätzliches Highlight. Wir können das Domizil uneingeschränkt empfehlen. @Marion und Dieter: Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt bei Euch. Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern in exzellenter Lage

Die geräumige Wohnung ist mit allen notwendigen Gebrauchsgegenständen (vor allem in der Küche, was nicht selbstverständlich ist...) ausgestattet. Die im selben Gebäudekomplex lebenden Vermieter sind außerordentlich hilfsbereit, fürsorglich und freundlich.. Die Mitnutzung des großen Gartens ist selbstverständlich. Insbesondere für Kinder findet sich dort ein aufgestelltes Schwimmbecken, die von den Besitzern gehaltenen Haustiere (Hunde, Katzen, Enten, Pferde) dürften diese ebenfalls erfreuen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig am Rand von Ribeira Grande, das als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundigungen der Insel optimal lokalisiert ist. Der Ort bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einige gute Restaurants und einen wunderbaren Strand. Ortszentrum und Strand sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Tolles Domizil / zentrale Lage für Ausflüge / freundliche Vermieter

Die Lage: Die Wohnung liegt idylisch und ruhig am Rand von Ribera Grande. Die Einfahrt ist nicht leicht zu finden. Unbedingt Wegbeschreibung von Vermieter geben lassen. Fußweg in den Ort ca. 10 min. Die Wohnung: Sehr großzügig und sauber. Küche und Bad hat alle was man braucht. Better sind sehr gut. Alles noch relativ neu. Free WIFI. Umfeld: Sehr großer Garten mit Pool und Liegen. Es gibt auch genügend Haustiere wenn man kleinere Kinder hat. Der Vermieter: Sehr feundliche und aufmerksame Vermieter. Waren bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit und gaben auch sehr gute Empfehlungen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Ribeira Grande

Ruhige aber doch zentrale Lage, 20 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt, 3 min zum Strand und zum großen Supermarkt, schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt (Baby und Kleinkinder geeignet) Sehr nette Vermieter (stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, kinder- und tierlieb, gute Ausflugstipps) Jederzeit zu empfehlen

Ziege Pipi kommt zur Welt

Da sind wir wieder im Casa Moritz und bei Familie Schmitz mit all ihren lieben Hunden und Katzen, die wir mittlerweile sehr ins Herz geschlossen haben . Wir lieben für uns sehr frisches Bio - Gemüse vom Markt und diesmal wurden wir mit einem Salatkopf aus Marions eigenem Garten beschenkt. Ja, - sogar bei der Geburt der kleinen Ziege Pipi (Wie Pipi zu ihrem Namen kam müsst ihr selbst herausfinden) durften wir dabei sein, was wirklich ein inniges und gemeinsames Erlebnis war. Wie Pipi zu ihren Namen kam Liebe Marion, lieber Dieter,- wir danken euch für eure Gastfreundschaft und kommen sehr gern wieder. Karin und Noel

Nach casa Sophia zu 2 jetzt casa Moritz zu 4

Unser 2. Besuch bei den Schmitz im Februar 2016 fand diesmal zu viert mit meinen Schwiegereltern und im Casa Moritz statt. Casa Moritz ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und groß . Somit bietet es genug Platz für 4 Personen; es ist alles da, was in eine Ferienwohnung gehört und auch für extra Wünsche oder Bedürfnisse haben Marion und Dieter ein offenes Ohr. Ein Beispiel: Meine Schwiegermutter friert immer und überall, kaum erzählte sie dies, kam Marion mit einer Wärmflasche und einer Teeprobe (Marie-Luise-Tee - sehr zu empfehlen!) zurück. Wer möchte, kann für die Gemütlichkeit oder für zusätzliche Wärme den Kamin im Casa anmachen. Das Schöne ist jedoch, dass man nicht extra in ein Geschäft fahren muss, um Holz zu kaufen, sondern zum selben günstigen Preis bei Marion und Dieter erwerben kann.
