“Paid for a king suite with a whirlpool tub. No tub. Ila at desk very rude and said she couldn’t do anything about it because we booked through Expedia. Also charged more than the advertised rate for a pet. Hot tub was warm not hot. Pool and hot tub area not clean. Would not come there again”

Room and common areas were spotless, staff was amazing, they upgraded us to a better view in our room for our special occasion. Rooftop bar is beautiful with great nighttime stargazing views. 10/10”

“The sink was slow draining. The shower was too hot and when you tried to adjust it by turning it towards the cold, the water just trickled out and it was still too hot! The floor was so dirty my feet were black and had to be washed from walking across it. The staff was nice. The breakfast was fine: waffles, frozen Jimmy Dean egg sausage, cheese croissants, cereal, toast, bagels. ”

“Great location to Biltmore House. Two bedroom suite was very spacious and in pretty good condition. Lots of room for everyone. There was no ice in the fridge when we arrived and had to drive back to office to get ice. And the apartment numbers were hidden behind bushes. Could not be seen from the driveway. Had to Park and find it. These appeared to be condo/apartments. ”
