「We went to the Rodeo this weekend and the location was very close, walking distance you'd say. The room for the price was okay especially since it' was "kinda cleaned". There was a insulin cap on the sink counter. The walls were a bit dirty that could be easily wiped down with ease since it's glossy paint. The AC unit was a bit old and cooled just enough that a shower at 2am was needed to not feel damped. The beds did there thing but one thing i notice hotels do when the ly have a mini fridge...

「I must say Payson is a lovely spot. Two things that were on the site was the host said that there wasnt any stairs in the entrance. Which was correct and that this property was wheelchair accesable. Once you go through the entry way you have multiple stairs up to the bedroom area, step up to the bath and steps going out to the patio A big one for us was that you are not in control of the AC. You can call them and they will change it but its connected to the adjacent house wich is also rented...

「We have no complaints about the property itself. Also there were no problems with neighbors. However the property next door to the east is very poorly maintained. There were several cars and car parts strewn all over the front yard and the property itself looks run down. Also the police showed up to the property one evening during our stay. That does not make one feel very safe. But again we had no interaction with those neighbors. a」
