An ok place to stay.

We chose the hotel for a-locality and b-cost. It is located in a great location for the metro and walking. The pictures on hotels.com are nothing like reality though. Breakfast was good. Our room had a bed and a bedside table on one side and a wall on the other. There's nowhere to hang clothes or shelves to out anything on. There's one chair only. There is a fridge though. We were there for 4 nights and although we asked for a change of towels after the 2nd night, and the bin emptied, neither was done in the 4 days we stayed. Wifi in the reception area only; our room had a window onto the passageway and there was a light on most of the night which was annoying. Most of the staff spoke English which was a bonus. You have to ask for a hairdryer if you need one. It would have been nice to have some insight of how to get to everywhere when asked or even before asking. Perhaps an informational leaflet would be helpful. There's a supermarket a little to the left on exiting the hotel which has a restaurant. Excellent pizzas. You order your food, choose the wine or beer from the supermarket and sit at the table. Fabulous - but we found it; no one told us which was a pity. Would we stay again? Yes but. It that room.

Casal Turistando em Botafogo

Boa localização, perto do metrô. Tinha vaga pra estacionar na rua, mercado do lado. Local agradável, com piscina e bar com drinks e petiscos. Ar condicionado gelando bem. Um salve pro João, um querido! Pegamos o patinete no metrô e fomos até a praia de Copacabana, recomendo! Café da manhã com muitas frutas, faltou um suco.

Väldigt nedgånget, smutsigt och rent av ofräscht. Skulle bo här i 3 nätter stannade 2. Efter att jag checkat in och sett rummet så bokade jag direkt nytt boende. Detta är inget 3 stjärnigt hotell utan ett vandrarhem som borde se över sina städ rutiner. Annars va personalen väldigt trevliga vilket va det ända positiva.

Muito sujo

Eles são extremamente educados, conforto da cama e travesseiro muito bom. MASSS, o quarto estava muito sujo, com lixo de outra pessoa no banheiro com direito a casca de banana e papel higiênico no chão onde ainda pedimos para retirar com educação e não fomos atendidos. O café estava gelado, além de uma fruta mofada.

Péssimo atendimento, dependências imundas

Instalações precárias, sujeira predominando em todos os ambientes, começando pela recepção. Atendimento pessimo, cheiro desagradável nas dependências, piscina suja, quarto com manchas nas paredes, colchão no chão cheio de pó, não recomendo pra ninguém.

Ótimo custo benefício

Eu fiz a reserva apenas para mim. Fui recebida com bastante cortesia. Fiquei no quarto em cima no qual havia um triliche e mais uma cama. A localização é ótima. Fui andando ao shopping Botafogo, também é próximo ao metrô. Possui um ambiente agradável com piscina e plantas. Só não pude esperar o café da manhã. Voltaria mais vezes pelo atendimento e custo benefício.

Fiquei uma noite pois precisava de uma estadia proximo ao Ibol em Botafogo. O quarto disponível para nós era proximo a piscina e bem simples, cama estilo futon de bambu, acústica ruim pois a qualquer hóspedes de chegavam ouviamos o barulho, nao tive uma boa noite de sono, as paredes do banheiro nao eram ate o teto e então se tornava tudo muito barulhento. João da recepção um amor de pessoa! Local estilo good vibes, café da manhã simples mais que atende, Sem ovos, a residência precisa de conservação, as fotos não condizem mais com o estado atual

O ambiente é decorado com muitos itens pitorescos, fornecendo um ambiente excelente. Café da manha ótimo e com muitas frutas.Tudo de bom. Mas o que se destaca é o atendimento. La literie de la chambre qui m'a été proposée était dans un état catastrophique et il m'a été expliqué que ce n'était pas de la faute de l’hôtel si une cliente avait saignée sur le lit. C'est honteux de proposer des matelas aussi sales et de répondre de la sorte. J'ai du quitter l'Hotel qui en plus ne veut pas rembourser la réservation etHotel.com ne peut rien faire.....

Tem uma proposta boa, mas dá pra melhorar

O atendimento do staff é bom, as pessoas são simpáticas e o Hotel tem uma proposta muito bom de acolher pessoas com transtornos psiquiátricos, tendo alguns funcionários com essa condição: isso é bastante legal. A localização é excelente e o hotel é bonito. Contras: muuuuuita poeira, atacou minha rinite e da minha companheira, porque há muitas coisas antigas lá, que, num primeiro momento, parecem legais e trazem a ideia de um local tradicional, porém, à noite é que se percebe o colchão empoeirado e o local precisa de uma limpeza urgentemente. Outro ponto ruim: o chuveiro do nosso quarto estava dando choque. O café da manhã é servido em uma bandeja bem bonita, mas as coisas são velhas e não são frescas. Parece que falta um pouco de administração no local. Eu não voltaria, infelizmente.
